Everything my significant other and I have eaten here is superb! I’ve had the turkey dinner, salmon romanelli and ahi tuna and it was all so delicious! The staff is very friendly! It was our second time coming back since the COVID pandemic begun and the manager Megan remembered us and greeted us with a “hello, welcome back” and a pleasant smile. Very welcoming! The apple martini made by the bartender Valerie is one of the best I’ve ever had (and this is coming from a martini lover). We will definitely be back to enjoy all that Romanelli’s Garden Cafe has to offer.

We were turned away at 7:45 on a Saturday evening. There were no signs posted indicating that the restaurant was closed for a private event. There were people eating at tables and the bar, and when we walked in and asked for a table for 2, the host came over to us and said “there is a private party and they will be moving into the bar area soon”. We asked if they were still serving food, and he awkwardly said “No”, and did not even offer us a seat at the bar where there were numerous open seats. He basically told us we were not welcome in this establishment. We are hard pressed to find

Brunch with the family brought us to Romanelli's. We had a table of five and were seated right away. Large open airy location with lots of seating and a huge rail in the center that was classy and didn't get in the way of the rest of the diners. coffee was fantastic. The entire meal was fantastic. The wait staff was attentive, friendly and did a great job. Food was delish and when we were leaving, they had just started a person playing guitar who had a beautiful voice and it lent a nice aire to the place.

I've been here a couple times and have had dinner at the bar. The bartenders, tonight it was Amy, are always first rate. She had suggestions for options here, as well as places for local seafood since I like to cook when I come down here. Couldn't decide what I wanted from the menu, it was all so great, so I chose a few different apps, all delicious. Italian wedding soup, local Jersey clams in a spicy white wine sauce that begged for a baguette to get every last drop, and an arugula pizza with prosciutto and balsamic glaze.

Good food in a restaurant quality place with good service even on a holiday. We stopped here for breakfast and had a great meal. The romanelli's omelette was a great choice and it came with chunky home fries that were a step up from the usual shredded potatoes. The banana nut muffin was perfect and would make a great dessert. The coffee was also pretty good.

We had reservations for 7 30. When we walked in, we couldn’t figure out who to talk to. They have no hostess. The place is complete chaos. I finally asked a woman behind the register. I was told to wait few minutes. Half an hour later we finally got the table. The both didn’t look clean and had outdated feel to it. We ordered 2 simple dishes. They brought out tiny sorry looking salads. It took an hour to get the food and there is no way it’s a five star restaurant. I went based on other people reviews on yelp and don’t think they were honest reviews. After that, I read reviews on google

The food presented well, but only half of it tasted good. My main complaint is the eggs. The scrambled eggs were absolutely awful. They tasted as if they cooked a giant batch and then they sat drying out for 15 minutes.
And the 2 home fries and egg bowls we got were filled with oil on the bottom like a cm high and we needed a separate bowl to drain them out.
The parking is also very poorly planned out. We had to park in a poorly maintained grassy field next door and walk through or around, patches of drenched grassy and muddy spots.
