We have remained a family owned and operated business for three generations. We pride ourselves on delivering personal service to our customers.

Our Equipment department not only offers a range of new and pre-owned trailers, but is the official dealer for Great Dane, MAC, Gincor, and Talbert trailers, Morgan and Scott truck bodies, and Waltco and Maxon liftgates for our region. Our Parts department is one of the largest in the industry. We stock more than four million dollars of truck and trailer parts across all our locations.

Leadership Team Report

Ken Bumgardner is the CEO of Royal Truck & Trailer. Ken is an extremely hardworking individual with interpersonal and problem-solving skills. He graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a degree in Business Management in 2001. Ken has been with the company since he was 12 years old, he was always helping out at the shop to spend time with his dad before joining the team full time in 2001.

Had my hangers replaced. (corrosion control)
wheel seals replaced on last axle
coupler skid plate replaced.
they did great work
money well spent.
trailer need repairs and i’m happy to have brought it here.

Had an air bag explode and they got my truck in and replaced air bag. They worked me in as they were extremely busy. If you need quick repair done then these are the guys to get it done

They are nice and knowledgeable they carry almost everything Ara cheaper price
RUSSELL. Hi is my favorite he help you anyways possible he will even go out of his way to tell you where you can get that particular part if he doesn't have it

People are great but you averagely spend almost an hour. Even if you're the only one in there it seems like the drive gear in the employees is missing. They move like snails and once in a great while they will move as fast as a turtle. Great service doesn't make up for lost time.

They still use a meter-stick to measure torque-arms. If you don't know what you are selling than you should not sell at all. Garbage customer service and they use garbage parts. My air dryer failed within two months, and my center-bearing within six months. Do not buy shocks or filters here, don't get me started on that subject. Just shop elsewhere...
