I have been going to Warrior since it opened and have always thought it a great place with a great system. Last time I visited it, Thursday before Christmas, I was shocked at the changes, starting with the beginning soap. Was an oddly watered down and further in, all the actual washing brushes etc have been changed to slapping rubber type wheels. This continued throughout the wash. Soap, wax and delivery mechanisms have changed. It almost seems gutted. I was the ONLY vehicle going through but the speed was ridiculous! I had to dry my vehicle by hand. It is NOT the same car wash and I will not go

Critical: Professionalism
I used this car for both our vehicles wash for over two years, their accounting system is pathetic and after leaving the area, I realized that there are many car washes that are far better and a heck of a lot cheaper. It works but for $70+ per month for two cars is way over the top.

My husband and I signed up for a monthly package at Warrior as soon as they opened. The wash was adequate so we never really thought of checking other car washes out. I've had a couple of issues during the past year - when the car wash shut down for a couple of months during COVID, they continued to charge us, and shortly after they reopened, the raised the rates without notice. Both times, I wrote to the manager, but remained a customer. A couple of weeks ago, my card on file was hacked, so we visited and asked them to update the card to a different one. Instead of doing that, they charged us

Brought my brand new car here for a wash after the snow and salting on the roads. My BRAND NEW CAR not even 2 weeks old is all scratched up!!!! The clear coating has marks all over it and there are other deeper scratches as well. Went here because the reviews were pretty good but I have left completely devastated. Now I have to figure out how to get all these scratches out of my brand new car.

Warrior car wash is the best automated car wash in town; their equipment is new and top of the line, providing awesome results. I bring my Yukon SUV there to keep it looking new. I especially like the hands on pre-wash that an attendant gives your car before it begins moving on the automated track. The attendant uses a brush and/or a high pressure spray to try to get the stubborn dirt off the car before it enters the automated part of the wash.
The employees I've met there have all been very friendly and helpful and it's a good value.

I stopped using the place to wash 3 of my vehicles because it did a mediocre job at best with cleaning the vehicles compared to other car washes down the street. I had a friend say that they aren't too bad and to try to give them another shot, so I did. Unfortunately my $15 wash very quickly was ruined by the rain. I spoke to someone at the carwash who said just save your receipt and come back. I returned a day later only to be denied. I will be going to Mister down the street from now on.
