According to the customer they observed water on they're carpet floor of residence. I found heat element melted the tub of the unit, causing water to leak onto floor of residence.
Whrilpool gas Dryer, I found the vent clogged with lint causing the unit to have a slow dry time. I cleared lint from the residence and to the unit as well. I tested coils-valve and found them defective, I installed coils and started a cycle. The unit is working good. Our labor is good for 30 days on the same issue and all parts are warrantied for at least 90 days.
