Had some initial issues with an item that did not come in and in getting my refund back with the accounting department. I would have rated a 5 had the above not taken place.
However, once I was working with Chris (parts) he took care of it immediately. I was apparently not speaking to the right person. Jake (salesman) was also great to work with. We love our Polaris General.

I love the friendly service we get in this area! I was just there with my friend.. this is what he posted on Facebook.. "I took my quad in for service this morning , at the Polaris Dealer in Klamath Falls....The service writer said it would be about week and half . I said okay no problem.
So I get back home and the phone rings it's Mike from the service department .....Hi Hugo this Mike your quad is ready to go....he said when he saw it was my quad knowing I use it for training he got right on it.....Yes I'm picking the quad up in the morning.......and that's why I take my quads the Klamath Falls
