After a long search, we have finally fulfilled our dream of leaving our stressful jobs in the corporate world for the opportunity to own and operate our own RV park and restaurant. We feel so blessed that this search led us to the peaceful town of Arco, Idaho and the Mountain View RV Park. Over the past few years, we have spent our summer vacations taking RV trips across the West.

We love the RV lifestyle and all the interesting people we have met along the way. We can't wait to meet you and your family, including any four-legged furry members! Until then we will be taking reservations and working hard to make the park perfect for your stay! All of our 30 and 50 AMP sites are pull thru and offer full hookups.

We came in for dinner, curious what the food would be like after the place changed hands (in March?).
We started with 5 smoked wings, which were excellent, with a soft moist chicken with a nice crispy skin around. The dipping sauce tastes like bought (ranch?) sauce, and we highly recommend that they either find a sauce that tastes less like preservatives or make their own.
The 1/4 smoked rack of ribs, served with a smoked baked potato and beans were excellent!!! The smokiness of the ribs is superb, as is the baked potato.
My suggestion is to ask the customer if they want the BBQ sauce on the

Second time we've stayed at this terrific small park. It's clean, the owners are very nice, sites are all level and pull thru. The laundry was clean and reasonably priced. There's not much in the town of Arco to do but it's close to Craters of the Moon and a great stopover between major cities and national parks. A must is the small restaurant they have on site. Outstanding BBQ and the potato salad is literally the best I've ever had.

This place is great! They had some of the best ribs; if not the best ribs I have ever had in my life. The park is clean and green with lots of shade trees. Super nice owners and really friendly. The whole place makes you feel welcome.

Great pull through sites, very level and large. Nice Café' on site with good food and service. Ryan and Stephanie are new RV park owners and are doing a great job with the park so far. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Would highly recommend this site to fellow travelers.

If you want a taste of the south this place is for you! The second you set foot in the office you are greeted by the amazing smell of home cooked BBQ and the hospitality of the couple who owns it make you feel right at home. The RV park was clean and quiet. They keep even the site lights very low so you can fully enjoy the amazing stars since you are so far from a major city. We ended up eating at the restaurant both nights because it was just that good! If we ever come this way again you can promise we will be staying here again.

A very nice campground they offer full hookups to tent camping. The restaurant is a very good touch. The elk burger was fantastic with a side of baked beans. And the chicken fingers with Mac & cheese was also worth mentioning. But it seems the top menu item was the ribs sorry I didn't get it but next time.
All in all a perfect place to land and enjoy the area. The view is quite a sight to see at sun set.
