Get copies of (or arrange for transfer at both ends of move) all school, medical, dental, veterinary, legal, and accounting records.

John is the best realtor out there! He’s super patient, a pleasant to work with and overall great guy. It took us a while to find our dream home and he would always say “if it wasn’t meant to be...” and we would move on. Since then he’s helped me buy and sell other properties. I highly recommend JnJ!!

I should have posted a review a lot sooner! Sorry John! We purchased our home a few years ago and used J-N-J Real Estate. John is an awesome agent, knows his stuff and won’t push you into buying anything you don’t want. My wife must have looked at 30-40 houses before we finally made our decision. He must have driven half way around the world for us. He always told us what he thought and if he didn’t think the area was right for us, he politely suggested other areas and would still take the time to show us the not so desirable locations we chose to look at for the attraction of a new home
