Traveling Beauty is a team of makeup and hair stylists that will travel to you, owned and managed by Michelle Sands. Our artists deliver individualized makeup and hair services that suit your own, unique personal style. Michelle attended cosmetology school and began working for Estee Lauder while continuing her education to receive a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
If you need immediate assistance, please call (617) 966-8572. Michelle and her team (Tara and Kristin) were so wonderful throughout the wedding process and especially the day of the wedding! Michelle was great about adjusting to my constant schedule changes and made everything run smooth. Everyone's hair and makeup looked absolutely beautiful and everything was done just as they had scheduled which was a huge relief the day of.
Traveling Beauty offers on-site hair and makeup services for corporate photo shoots, film shoots and media events throughout New England. Each artist is personally trained by our owner Michelle and is sensitive to our client's confidentiality and privacy. Previous clients include Telemundo television, professional athletes and politicians.
When Traveling Beauty arrives on your wedding day, we have all the tools needed to bring the salon to you. We want the getting ready process to be a fun, relaxed environment, where you truly enjoy it all. Play your favorite music, drink your favorite drink and surround yourself with your favorite people.
Traveling Beauty is available for any of your special events. We now specialize in senior photos, prom, family photo shoots, boudoir shoots, and special nights out. We bring everything needed to you or you can come to our studio. We give you that red carpet event look. Lip gloss is provided for touch-ups.

We had a wonderful experience with Michelle and Traveling Beauty for our recent wedding! Michelle was both patient and efficient, making things easy, comfortable, and fun for my bridesmaids, mother, and I getting our makeup done from start to finish. She listened to our ideas and would make adjustments/tweaks as necessary while drawing from her years of expertise. She also made adjusting our existing contract hassle-free when we elected to push our 2020 wedding a year out amidst covid concerns.
