We needed a shuttle to pick up a family of five, with ten pieces of luggage, at the Oakland airport. Way too much for our vehicle. So we called Blue Shuttle and they did all the transportation. The reservation was easy. It also was reasonably priced (compared to other places we checked) because it's a standard a 9-passenger airport shuttle van, i.e., nothing with leather seats, tinted windows, etc. Blue Shuttle also included a car seat for $10 extra. Blue Shuttle arrived promptly and drove our guests safely to North Oakland. Everything was done in a COVID-safe manner. I highly recommend

We were landing in Oakland after Bart would be shut down for the night, so we scheduled Blue Shuttle to take us from Oakland airport to San Francisco airport. When we landed , I called the number I was given and the driver was already there waiting for us. He was extremely professional and friendly, and provided door to door service at the terminals. Definitely a recommend if you are looking for airport shuttle service

I had a way too early flight out of Oakland, and my brother was out of town, and I refuse to use Uber or Lyft both because those companies' business models should be illegal (they actually were illegal when they started) and because they're the source of most of the added traffic congestion in San Francisco, so I tried Blue Shuttle.

I reserved Blue Shuttle to transport 6 passengers from SFO to our hotel. I made the reservation online, and listed 10:00am as our pick up time at SFO. I received written confirmation, and had been instructed to call once we landed so that the driver could tell us his location at the airport.
Our flight landed right on time (we took off exactly on time as well). When I called, I was told that the shuttle wouldn't be there for 30-40 minutes because they "assumed" that we would be spending a significant amount of time at baggage claim. We only had carry on luggage, so we did not need

This was such a stress-free and pleasant experience.
We didn't have alot of people but had so much luggage I didn't want to take my chances with an Uber XL and went with Blue Shuttle because of their great reviews. Only after booking did I realize it was almost equivalent to Uber XL prices.
I had made a reservation for a 10:30pm pick up. They called me around 8:30pm to confirm my pick up time. Right at 10:25pm they were right at my door to help me with my luggages. Abbas was very nice and helpful. There was PLENTY of room for my luggage in the van, and had seats for 8 people.

I used Blue Shuttle for transportation in March 2018 from SFO to Cow Hollow motor inn. They had my plane flight and tracked me so when I called from the airport, the wait was just a few minutes. The vehicle was clean and in good condition. The driver was polite, drove safely and knew his way around San Francisco. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone for efficient and reasonably priced transportaion to and from the San Francisco airport.

We had 4 family members and loads of luggage going from SF to SFO for a late night international flight. They really went above and beyond. We cancelled our ride at the last minute because our travel agency made a mistake with our flight. Then when the mistake was corrected, Blue Shuttle quickly found another driver to take us to SFO. Excellent service to Pier 27 from So. San Francisco. There were 4 adults a scooter, walker and 5 pieces of luggage not counting carryons. He was on time to pick us up at the hotel and again 10 days later at the pier. My glasses fell off of my neck in the shuttle and he was kind enough to text me and let me know he found them. He returned them to me when he picked us up. Wonderful service and great driver. Would use him again in a heartbeat!

I used Blue Shuttle Airporter recently for a trip from Brentwood to the Oakland Airport and return.
Online arrangements and confirmation worked well for the shuttle, and I was contacted the morning of my departure for further confirmation.
The rides both to and from Oakland airport also went well. Communication with the driver for pickup after my arrival at the airport was reassuring.
I will definitely use Blue Shuttle Airporter again and will refer the company to my family and friends in the future.

I can NOT rave enough about the service this company gives. Top notch, good quality, outstanding, excellent service. Abbas was fantastic, he called 1hr before p/u time as promised, arrived 10mins early, was an extremely smooth ride to SFO, made really great conversation, not to mention the reasonable rate they charge. He will also be picking us up from our trip. Reservations was very easy with a reply and confirmations w/in 30mins. Will definitely be my go-to transport in the future! THANKK ABBAS!!

We used blue shuttle twice recently during our trip to from San fran to Berkeley and Berkeley to SFO
The service provided bythe drivrer Abbas is commendable. He arrived on time and was patient enough to wait for us while we get the 2 toddler properly seated into the car seat.
We will definitely use their service again if travelling to San Fran again.

What's to say? I googled and Yelped and found Blue Shuttle. Filled in the online reservation form as indicated on the website, didn't receive a confirmation email about it, and not surprisingly, no email or phone call the day before or day of that I requested a booking. I've heard dead silence from them.
Good thing I wasn't counting on them and called a cab when it seemed pretty clear they weren't going to show up. I'll find another shuttle service or keep taking taxis.
