My name is Dr. Jim Roles I am a chiropractor in Broomfield, CO, husband and father of four boys. I hold a doctorate degree of Chiropractic from Los Angeles College of Chiropractic and I have a bachelor degree in Human Biology. For the past 26 years I have committed by professional life to the health and betterment of others.
Chiropractic is a treatment that consists of manual healing techniques, which are intended to realign and readjust the spine. The realigning works by removing pressure and strain on the spinal nerves and joints. The results of chiropractic care include lessened pain and improved health. At Rock Creek, we focus primarily on spinal chiropractic treatment.
I've been to many Chiropractors over the past 30 years but Rock Creek Spine & Rehabilitation Center is the best I've experienced. Dr. Groelz and his staff truly understand the bio-mechanics of the spine and provide the correct treatment and therapy to correct the curvature of the spine. I've had issues with my neck for many years and in just 3 months of treatment my neck has a nearly perfect curvature and my pain is gone.

I have used rock creek in the past and they corrected my back issue recently I ended up in the hospital and ended up with nerve pain and numbness in my hand from a surgery. I called Dr. Groelz, he set me up with a treatment plan to correct it, the numbness is almost totally gone and I am doing so much better. I recommend seeing the Dr's at Rock creek before taking pills to mask it, the Dr's are awesome and very professional. The whole staff is so nice and helpful they have all made my life better.

I've been going to Rock Creek Spine & Rehabilitation Center for about a year now and I would recommend seeing them if you are having back issues. They have definitely helped me improve my lower back and spine. I'm mostly just maintaining now although I do still have some pain; however, it's manageable. When I started seeing them I was having trouble walking because I was in a lot of pain, and now I am to be somewhat active again like taking hikes and playing lighter sports. The staff are very friendly and helpful and it's a very clean and comfortable environment. I've only been to a few chiropractors

When I first met Dr. Groelz I was in a bit of a panic. I was in pain, could barely move my neck or left arm, and had had some bad experiences with other healthcare providers. My MRI showed a very large herniation in my cervical spine and I was told that I would almost certainly need surgery. I was feeling pretty hopeless. Dr. Ryan Groelz genuinely cares about his patients. It shows with every single visit. Everyone at Rock Creek has been just wonderful. I feel blessed to have found them. I went from being utterly miserable with daily pain to being nearly pain free. I couldn't ask for more than what they've done for me.

This us an excellent facility for Chiropractic Care, as well as other therapy treatments. I chose Rock Creek initially because they offer laser pain treatments, which I need for my shoulder. I highly recommend Dr Josh for the Chiropractic adjustments. He is excellent. I have received Chiropractic care on and off for 40 yrs and Josh is as good as I've ever experienced.

These guys know what they’re doing. They got to work right away, handheld all the communication with my attorney and helped me feel very assured that everything is going to be okay.

I have been coming here since last year and it has made a world of difference to my back I'm not in pain as much as I was before I saw Dr Groelz and the staff are wonderful as well always so helpful and the Dr Josh takes good care of me when I see him and I love how I feel after my adjustments shout out to Juanna and Shannon for always being so helpful
