1st Choice did an amazing job on my house! On the day they did the work, they arrived at my house on time, greeted me, explained what they would be doing and I left for work. When I got home that evening, I seriously forgot they had been there all day. They cleaned everything up perfectly, worked around all of my landscaping and made the necessary repairs. I really appreciate their customer service, flexibility and professionalism. Foundation repair isn't much fun but 1st Choice made this painless! Five stars and highly recommended!

Chris and his crew are extremely knowledgeable and professional. Definitely someone I trust in such a critical area as my home's foundation. I highly recommend them. If you begin to see cracks in the internal walls or separating of dirt around your foundation, Chris is the one to call. Jason came out to examine concerns we were having due to new cracks forming on Birge interior and exterior walls.
We had purchased the house just over a year ago, and the engineers report showed old movement, but all within the acceptable limits. After repairs to old damage from that movement, we just noticed some of them reopening.

I've had a good experience with 1st Choice Foundation Repair and mainly it is due to the owner. I put 4 post (steel piers to the bedrock which I recommend) in 2013 and I've had some shifting. This was due to the heavy rains of late. If you get the steel piers, the lifetime warranty is very straightforward. They will repair anything outside of measurement range and you don't have to put a soaker hose on a timer etc... If you get the concrete piers, the warranty is weaker as the post only go down 15 feet or so and is likely to move more. Jason (the owner) is a great guy and personally came out to

They came out a year ago and fixed my shifting foundation. Work was done very quickly and it looks great. This year I noticed some small cracks in the mortar on the other side of the house (where work was not done). John came out and measured the foundation again and concluded we don’t need more work at this time. It’s just minor settling. Other companies might have sold me lots of work that is not needed. John and 1st Choice Foundation have been very professional and honest from the start.

These guys are amazing. No one wants to have foundation issues, fortunately the expertise found with the guys at 1st Choice is unmatched. Jason was able to pinpoint all of the issues on our home, we had an engineer come out who concurred and they got the work done promptly. They made an overwhelming repair manageable and easy and gave us great tips for upkeep. I highly recommend that you have them come out for a free estimate if you suspect there are issues with your home.

First choice more like your last choice . Waste of time ! Scheduled an appointment they were a no show . We are by people . These people are EXTREMELY unprofessional . They will find a way to turn around and blame it on the customer just read other reviews . Do not waste your time with these people .

Please update your coverage map. After sitting on hold for ten minutes I was told you don't cover my city, although in the Yelp coverage map I am clearly in the coverage area. When I asked if Little Elm was in the coverage area I was told I don't see that city on the map. Little Elm is a pretty big city. You might want to discover where that is since it borders Frisco.

These guys at 1st Choice Foundation Repair are as professional as it gets! John gave me a competitive bid for Steel piers to bedrock. They were done on time and on budget. Clean up was Fantastic and the best part....My house is in new condition again! Highly recommend. Set an appointment with George who set a time on Saturday/changed the time/I made new arrangements/ then he canceled/ I pleaded with him to keep the appointment but I could not make the new time so he would be meeting with my girlfriend/ he left after only being

At first I was very excited that I located a reputable foundation repair company that walked me through each step of the process and ensured I was very comfortable with the process. 1St Choice Foundation insisted they were leaders in this work because of their experience and have a full time crew dedicated to foundation repair.

Jason Harber from 1st Choice foundation repair came out to inspect my home. Within 15 minutes he explained how bad my foundation was and that I needed 7 piers in the front corner of my home. I stated that I noticed a few piers already in that area when i bought the house, and he said it was just the electrical connections for the home and not piers. He wanted $3,100 to place the much needed piers. I had a second opinion the next day, and the guy quickly said I dont need any work done. I told him about the previous inspection, and he stated that that area already had some high quality piers

Though there didn't turn out to be any problems with our foundation, Nick Green was thorough in his free consultation and explained what I should watch for and how I can better take preventative care of the home. Had an appointment for a foundation inspection on a duplex I have under contract. I am a real estate investor. The office staff was friendly and helpful but the technician they sent was unprofessional. He called me 15 minutes before the appointment to notify me of a late arrival. He then asked why I was calling. I told him. He asked if I saw any cracks, I said no. He told me it was a waste of his time and he couldn't make money like that.
I called another company that scrambled to meet me at the home before the option period expired. More than disappointed in the service that was provided

I had noticed some cracks in garage ceiling that were running into the wall as well. After doing some online research I decided to contact 1st Choice. What a great choice it turned out to be!!!
They were at my house today 5 mins before the scheduled time and two very professional techs were at the door. They looked at the cracks and informed me that I don't have to worry and it is not a foundation issue. These are regular settlement cracks. I have to admit I was very scared because most of the foundation companies scare stories talk about techs trying to sell some foundation repair solutions
