Horrible, before knowing how bad this spa was I recommended lots of family and friends to them. We all started getting lasered at this spa. NONE OF US SEE RESULTS! The staff is friendly but they rush a full body laser service and miss lots of areas! I did about 8 treatments and still don’t see progress! Save your money and go somewhere else!

I had a skin tag the size of a grape on my shoulder that had been getting aggravated and swollen, causing me pain and embarrassment daily. After only one super frecator treatment that cost $30 and lasted about 10 minutes, my skin tag fell off in the following days.

I moved to the other side of the state (3 hours away from Albuquerque) and could not find anyone near as good as Eternal Youth. So yes I do drive 3 hours to see them! I’ve been a costumer for over a decade and will be for another. They’ve done exactly what I wanted from Botox to fillers and have been nothing but professional, friendly and just excellent at what they do!

I originally purchased several laser hair removal treatments. During my first treatment, I discussed Fraxel with them and actually spent a lot of money doing Fraxel with them also. My second laser hair removal treatment, I scheduled verbally with the woman at the desk. I'm a CEO- I live and die by my Google calendar and I ALWAYS verbally reconfirm anything someone schedules with me in person. Not to mention the fact that I verbally reconfirmed again at my next appointment the day I did Fraxel treatment. The staff is fantastic and friendly. I love my appointments here! With Covid, you call from your car when you arrive and they come down to let you up. I barely notice the laser for my neck/chin appointments, and the technicians are always professional and kind. We have the greatest chats! Aftercare is great too, they give plenty of aloe to sooth and then sunscreen. I've been going for months now- 100% recommended for laser hair removal!

Don’t come here! They’re always fully booked months in advance. They schedule me 20 minutes for almost whole body laser hair removal treatments (except for arms) which isn’t enough and they rush with it. Always try to space your appointments out the most and then they have nothing available in case you want to reschedule which makes you miss appointments since the sessions are for a year from the start date regardless of how many you’ve had. Also their laser is so painful ! I tried Bella cosa’s laser which is much more comfortable and works just as well.

I came here for laser hair removal and missed ONE appointment on July 13th and I was rescheduled for a later date in September, never once was I late for a previous appt. For laser hair removal you go in every 4-6 weeks, do not ask to go in every 4 weeks they will not let you. I'm not seeing results and I paid for a year of unlimited laser. For this place to do this makes no sense at all I wouldn't recommend this place do not purchase a groupon through them either it's not worth it!

I love this place and have already recommended to few of my friends! The spa is clean and peaceful, I love their waiting room with their comfortable lazy boy sofa. I am in my 3-4 visit for laser hair removal and Dr. Vicki is the best. She always makes me feel comfortable and I can already see results!

It saddens me to have to write this review, but after 3-1/2 months of trying to get resolution, I am forced to keep others from having my same experience. I paid over $1000 for 2 vials of Restylane - I was told the results would last 6 months at least. This is NOT true. I had immediate results of lines around my mouth that went away. Two days later the lines were back. I sent e-mails, pictures, and went into the office but the only offer I got was to come in again & pay their price ($300) to get another syringe with the comment below. Why would I invest more $ when the procedure did

I will update my review when I finish my laser hair removal treatments, but so far, it's been good. I wouldn't recommend doing eyebrows. I don't feel it's been accurate enough for permanent hair removal. I stopped that, and they're doing chin instead.
The office is great! It's relaxing and peaceful, and they take excellent care of you. And I've never waited for more than a minute.

I went in for my furrow lines between my eyes, pretty routine. They told me how many units I needed, as they are the professionals.... $220.00 and 7 days later, I still had the very same lines or 11's as it is called. I figured I needed more, also my eyelids now looked triangular and jack-o-lantern like... not how I have ever looked in my life! However I still believed they eyelids would correct themselves.

I absolutely love this place! Vicky and her staff are amazing! It started with a Groupon for mole/skin tag removal. I had 4 removed on my first visit, 6 removed on my second visit and 9 removed on my third visit. It does sting a little bit but it only takes a few seconds and is totally worth it!! They just scab up and are gone within a week or so. I've had them removed from my armpit, chest, back, leg and next to my ear. It has been money well spent for sure.

Horrible. Went in for my Botox treatment and the staff was so interested in selling me on their other products and not treating me for what I was in for. After a week there was still so much movement in area's treated. The insist you need more but other doctors seem to have no trouble with the same amount. I would not recommend going to this place.

Horrible!!! I got dysport and they did it completely wrong and my face is uneven. Most embarrassing experience ever. The nurse assistant was talking way too much about her personal life during the procedure. She grabbed my hand to look at my nails while I was trying to hold cotton on my face at one point. Totally botched work and un professionalism. They also said I was bleeding when my eyes were closed and I felt something drop down my face and it was not blood it was dysport that was supposed to be used on me and they dropped it down my face! DONT GO HERE!!!! I will never let them touch my face

STAY AWAY They are dishonest, manipulative and all talk no action. They talked me into a big dose of Botox and "gave me a special price" It hardly worked. I've had it done many times and it always works. I told them and they accepted no responsibility. In fact the owner or manager was extremely rude. Just took my money and never delivered. They probably use black market Botox - if there is such a thing. Or out dated stuff. Total rip-off.

Horrible experience at this spa.I have had consultations at a few different med spas to determine what exactly I needed to have done as far as getting a botox procedure for the frown likes in between my eyes. The most units I was advised to use was 25, by all the other Dr's I had consultations with. When I went in to see the RN who injects, she recommended I use 40 units!
