We offer move-out cleanings for property managers, as well as for tenants to ensure the return of your security deposit.

As a FT caregiver to my father, it can be overwhelming to take care of all his needs as well as the home. I called in a panic for a last minute request for kitchen and bathroom cleaning...feeling pretty confident it was a looOoooong shot. To my appreciative surprise, they were able to work me in the next day!!
Not only were they accommodating to my time restraints, but they also did a fabulous job! THEY SCRUBBED FLOORS ON THEIR HANDS AND KNEES!! My Mom would've been pleased! They did a great job cleaning...and putting my mind at ease (HUGE)!

We have had simply maids from their first day of business . We know Katie and Julie from a previous business. We find them to be absolutely the best. They make commitments and they keep them. If you’re not happy with the cleaning any part of it they come back and redo it. Their lead cleaners are very experienced and know what we like.

Saying that I had a GREAT experience with Simply Maid is an understatement! I needed some last minute cleaning done with no time to do it myself so I gave them a call- Katie fit me in and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The quality was great, but make sure you ask for the real price quote. I was quoted $85 an hr, thinking ok, it would most likely be about $200 something all said and done. Boy was I wrong, they charge per person and don’t tell you any of that until you get the bill. The pricing was crazy and very unexpected.
