Heroes Lost At Home (HLAH) was established to benefit the needs of Veterans and Caregivers of any era and has placed an emphasis on our female heroes, to improve quality of life. HLAH seeks to nurture and encourage ill and injured Veterans in their transition to "New Normal" ways of living through inner core building skills and guidance through Art Rejuvenation Programs, Outdoor Quest (activities) Programs and Vet2Vet Table-Talk sessions.
Some of the methods have been proven to increase brain function and healing levels of certain vitamins. Although none being a cure, they can certainly be beneficial to an improved quality of life for the Veteran and perhaps family members as well.

Services
Our Programs are the core of who we are. Each program is meant to give a soldier the opportunity to fulfill their personal goals of recovery. The Art Rejuvenation helps to soothe and reduce stress, increase self-esteem and even assist in pain management. The Outdoor Quest program provides adaptive opportunities for wounded heroes to participate in sporting activities in the great outdoors.
