Wish I could give 0 stars. Waited 3 days for an appointment . Monday 9am. I have the texts saved. 940 rolls around and they are reading my messages but not responding. Finally I get them on the phone via a different number and they tell me there is no appointment for me. I tel them to check the texts and I’m told “I don’t know who had the phone Saturday”
Super unprofessional. Unwilling to fix the issue. Left me high and dry on the day I needed removal. Stay far away from these SCAMMERS

J&F helped me out in a pinch in April for a tiny job & I was super happy with them THEN.
However, I recently contacted them for a bigger job, received a quote, and we chose a date and time frame. AND THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. Not only that, but no on responded to the all the phone, texts, and emails.
Even now, I have no idea why they completely stood me up.
Undependable and unresponsive? No thanks. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

4 professionals showed up on time and domolished my old shed in 90 minutes. I got several quotes from multiple contractors including the one you see on TV. J&F Junk Removal gave me the best quote and I decided to hire them. The project was perfectly and professionally done. I would hire them again and recommend to anyone who needs junk removal services in this area.

The 1st communication with Fernando via phone started professional and helpful. I was excited that I found something within my budget and free up some warehouse space. I later followed up with an email and pictures and things were still good. When I got the estimate from J&F and green light to move forward to coordinate the pick up, I reached out via text, call & email to Fernando and I have not received a reply back. I was extremely disappointed and I sent another text nicely asking him if they cannot do the service to at least be professional and transparent instead of allowing me to see that

Fernando has come out on two separate occasions to haul away items from two of my homes; with my latest home having remodeling done I quickly accumulated a substantial pile of lumber, drywall, and cabinets that needed to be cleared out before my new kitchen cabinets arrive. Fernando was quick to respond via both text and email (I sent a photo of the items to give him an idea of the number of items).
Even with an overnight snowstorm bearing down, Fernando commited to stopping by the very next morning to quickly and efficiently dispose of the items.

I used Fernando and his son Brandon to demo a master bathroom. I must say they did a fantastic job. Without saying anything they layed down paper on my hardwood to lessen cleanup and protect my floors. Price was competitive and they were fast, efficient and friendly. I would absolutely use them again!
