Oh my goodness, Joe! - I cannot say enough amazing things about this incredible wedding planner, caterer, florist, and friend! He became more to me than just a vender, he was so friendly, helpful, calming, and creative. I am just SO SO grateful for him! His talent, awareness of time, attention to detail, and creativity was so impressive! I am very indecisive, and he was always ready to help me make the best decision. Don’t ever think you can hold your wedding day without a coordinator. I don’t know what we would have done without Joe and his crew. Even before the day of, they were our go to for every question we had. Sam designed our menu cards and just brought our whole vision to life. They took everything off our hands days before the wedding so we could relax and try to be stress free. On the day of, they knocked it out of the park! Everything was beautifully decorated and they made sure everything flowed smoothly. Most importantly they made sure everything the bride and groom wanted or needed was taken

Joe and his entire team have been amazing! We are using Joe Hearn Events for our 2020 wedding in Maitland and they have had every answer to our (many) questions. We were originally thinking of using them just as a day-of-coordinator, but they have been so helpful and attentive that they are now our entire wedding planner! Joe even has floral experience and I can't wait to see my bouquet and table centerpieces. They really have been a vital role in planning for our wedding. Joe Hearn events has split off from Encore catering. Encore has been used by our corporations and partners for events for years. Joe Hearn and his team is the best and has become there own company. Donte oversees all the events and they are always spectacular. If you want a well done and carefree even then call Donte
