Brought in a 2015 Honda Odyssey Touring for a grinding/ fluttering brake issue. First, I installed new aftermarket brakes, but forgot to bed them in. After driving the van for a while this grinding noise came up and could not fix the issue on my own. Brought the van to Tire Pros and they were able repair. Thank you again to everyone there at the shop!

We have had tires installed here twice. On two occasions they have broke a stud on our trucks while charging the tires. The first time we let it go and paid to have it repaired ourselves. The second time is unacceptable... we spoke to Javier and his customer service was horrible. He basically said the stud must have had a crack in it and refused to do anything about it. We have had our tires changed at shops and changed them ourselves in the past and have never encountered broken studs. The studs are breaking due to their poor handling of our trucks. I am very disappointed that this company prides

Thank you for great service. My car was like a Christmas tree. All the light on the dash where on!! These guys where great. Called me and gave me ideas of what was happening and the cost over the phone. Kept me involved during all the diagnostics of the vehicle. Friendly and helped me find a local transmission shop. This is the last time I will respond to the owners comments but I feel that future need to hear this. The owner is stating that her offered to fix my O2 sensor and that i left the shop showing no signs of being upset and then 2 weeks later he receives a complaint through the BBB, this is 100% not true. The reason I filed a complaint against the company was because I paid tire pros of Modesto to do a coolant flush on my vehicle. After everything that happened with the O2 sensor, yes I was already frustrated that I had to return to the shop 3 times to get that fix and they still had not fixed it

My fiancé is a great women and mother of my son and I think it's disgusting of you to state and encourage someone to end something like that. The team is efficient and very helpful. I originally came in for an oil change, which Jose was quick to respond to my questions on. They found I needed new tires as well. I wasn't ready for the investment of brand new tires, so Jose was nice enough to find the solution of used tires he had at the shop for me to have. He also took the time to teach me how to look for symptoms of worn tires. The team is hard working and very customer-forward. Will come back!

Had a fairly decent experience. One of the staff members wasn't the friendliest but that's not what I went for. I got my car towed to Tire Pros of Modesto around 12pm thinking I had issues with my spark plugs. Come to find out there was more to the problem. Was told that it wouldn't get looked at until the next day but luckily someone didn't show up for an appointment and they were able to have it fixed by 3pm! Definitely a reliable place and find it very nice that they offer a shuttle service to and from your home! Would probably come back to this place if I had any other issues

Great service, knowledgeable and experience tire guys that are not gonna sell you something you really don't need. I appreciate their honesty. The facility is what you expect from a tire shop. TV, vending machines, water cooler, bathroom and seating for about 10. The seats are not the most comfortable when waiting. But hey it's a tire shop.
This is a very popular local tire store, so your better off leaving your car then waiting. Wait time varies depending on how many people are ahead of you. First come, first serve. I have booked an appointment a few times for convenance.

Trying to get to work on Tuesday morning...and there is a nail in my tire. Made it to work, called Jose. Not only did he drive me back to work, but now I have 4 new tires at A GREAT PRICE. My car runs better than it did when I bought it.
Most of the people that I work with went to Tire Pros, so I thought I'd give it a shot. Great customer service. Great prices.

I messaged them on Yelp (after I called AAA) about getting my flat tire fixed. They responded right away that I could drop off my tire and pick it up later. They quoted $20. There was a screw in it but I really didn't have time to worry about the tire. They are fairly close to my place of work so it was pretty convenient. I dropped it off at 4 and they came to get it from my car. I came back around 8:30 the next morning and they reattached the tire and put my spare back. It took about 20 minutes. Overall a pretty good experience and quick.
