This place was such a treat! We stopped in for Sunday breakfast. You could tell the place was popular because it was super busy with lots of people waiting to be seated. Despite all that, however, we only had to wait 15 minutes to get a party of 6 seated. The hostess and our waitress were both extremely friendly, seriously great customer service.

I came in expecting standard diner food...while the cups and ambiance is diner, the food is anything but. We both got mimosas, the blue ridge eggs Benedict, and the fried steak and eggs. The presentation was phenomenal and the taste even more so. Everything was fresh to the point I expected they pulled it from a garden in the back, and so well seasoned. I am truly blown away by the high quality of the food but in an accessible environment. This is the only location for breakfast if you're in the area, don't even bother elsewhere.

From the moment you walk inside, you just have a good time. Fabulous cook, great menu and topnotch wonderful staff. The only negative is that covid19 has had them adjust hours and entirely end their dinner service. But you can always order/come in for takeaway just get it done by 2 as that's when they close...and there's your dinner for later.

Love this small community cafe! The staff are always super friendly and the food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. I’ve eaten in the dining room and gotten food to go and everything is always great. Their homemade cakes are fantastic too, especially the red velvet! I still haven’t made it for breakfast, but I’m looking forward to that just based on what I’ve heard and seen in pictures.

I had been wanting to try the Old Oak Cafe for a while after seeing it online and we finally got a chance to give it a go in June. We stopped in at about 11am on a Friday morning and there was one family ahead of us to be seated. We only waited a couple of minutes before we were sat at a table and offered drinks. I was tempted by their mimosas, but ended up grabbing a coffee since I hadn't exercised yet. I ordered the Blue Ridge Eggs Benedict with fried potatoes and my significant other had a made to order omelette. We also got a side of fried apples to share. My Benedict was delicious and

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating for our large party of 6. The food came out quickly and everyone's meal tasted great. One person was missing a side but that was quickly remidied. Small dining area but there were extra tables in the back. Overall, we had a very nice dining experience.

Was greeted promptly and seated in this warm country atmosphere establishment. The dinner menu has a little for any body, but not too large. there were three in our party and we all agree the meals were edible but nothing to write home about. I ordered fish and chips and the pieces I received appeared to be from frozen. The exterior was very dry and thin. My coleslaw was good. My wife ordered a cheese steak sandwich which was ok. My son had a burger which was your average burger on a cold bun with regular vegies.
We would be interested in returning for breakfast as the menu looked better.

Not bad. Went here a few times, for lunch and breakfast as well. Nothing out of this world, your average local diner, with "homey" food and homemade desserts. Recommend giving it a try!
I did however have hands down the best carrot cake cupcake I've ever had. The desserts are so fresh, moist and tasty!! The best part of our meal!

SOLID breakfast choice. We live 24 minutes away and had forgotten about this. We'll be back a lot more often. The staff was welcoming and work as a team, every single server is there to serve every single table, no matter who the server is. Kitchen staff answered the phone about 45 min early so we could find out if they had dine in currently allowed. Staff reminded us to return for dinner; standout meatloaf she said! We'll be back very soon.

Fantastic! This was my first time here but my parent whom I was with had been many many times and raved about it. I got the country fried steak, mash potatoes, & Mac and cheese.
The steak was fork tender lightly breaded and so yummy. It did have brown gravy which was different than I am used too (white gravy) but I was pleasantly surprised they went fantastic together. The sides were yummy too. The mash was a little lump which I love. Reminds me of something you get from your grand mothers. The mac and cheese was baked and reminded me of what I mom would make growing up. We are going back
