Dry cleaning is a service that your washer and dryer just can't handle. Some things are too valuable or too fragile to just put in a washing machine. You need to get those specially cleaned. At Quality Cleaners, we handle your laundry and drapery better than anyone else. Come in and we'll clean your slacks, shirts, blouses, suits, wedding dresses, drapes, and anything else.

I took my wedding dress here to get it steamed. When we got it back, not only was it still very wrinkled, it also have a black spot on the skirt! Further, when we pointed out the spot to them, they were incredibly rude and refused to take responsibility for it. Please do not take your wedding dress here! It is not worth the few dollars you might save, and will probably cost you more in the long run.

Took a couple of ties in to be cleaned, and they charged me for one where they couldn't get the stain out. I understand not being able to remove the stain, but don't charge me $5 for a service you didn't provide. I called in and tried to ask but was told it is "standard procedure." They were so stingy over $5 that they've lost all future business of a regular customer. It's a shame because I liked their cleaning, but they're not the only dry cleaner in town and I didn't feel like they earned my business.

Terrible experience!!! I took my wedding dress here to be dry cleaned. I came back the next day to pick it up and they had literally ripped my dress! They said they needed to make sure that the glue near the beads and roses of my wedding dress did not ruin my dress. However, if I had known they were going to literally rip the beading off my dress I would have not taken it to the dry cleaners. They should called me and let me know what they intended to do before ripping my dress. And then I still had to pay the $50. Please be careful and don't take your wedding dress to these careless people!
