Omg, I came in for a root canal all scared and nervous because my friend told me I was going to be in a lot of pain! To my surprise, this was not what I expected. The Dr and Technician were great and I did not feel anything no sort. I really don't know how to put in words how comforting it is to know Elisa is Dr. C's assistant.
She's not only kind and friendly but a perfect complement to a great dentist. She also seems to read Dr. C's mind. A huge part of a great duo! Great Dentist and the office staff is so helpful and they are very nice people. Prices are lower than usual and they accept most of the insurance plans. I'm very happy with my crown and fillings they did and I'm coming back soon again for more what I needed.

Dr. Dalinda Canela-Pichardo found her passion in dentistry after growing up in a family of doctors. She's the first dentist in her family, having trained as a prosthodontist. Alfredo comes to us with highly-skilled, hands-on training from practicing dentistry in Venezuela. We're so glad he chose to come to the United States to pursue his dream of earning his doctorate of dental surgery here. I went for my first visit to this office yesterday.
I'm super pleased with the entire staff, from the reception area to the hygienist and Dr. Canela. I felt very comfortable with the friendliness, cleanliness, COVID guidelines and attention received. For the first time in many years I didn't feel like unnecessary work was pushed on me. I will definitely continue to go for all the work I need and already recommended it to my family.

This was my first time at Dr Canela’s office. I had been going to the same dentist for over 20 years. He didn’t take my insurance any longer so I had to find another Dentist. Dr. Canela was on the list of Delta Dental AARP so I decided to try her. Under the difficult circumstances we find ourselves in right now, Dr Canela and her staff made my experience delightful and pleasant. They were all knowledgeable and ever so gentle when handling me. I will certainly recommend Dr Canela and her staff. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable, like I had been going there for years! Congratulations

They took down my review I made recently but I'm coming back to let everyone know what they did,
I went in before the pandemic started and the lady at the front desk told me in order for me to continue services with them I had to be loyal to their company only or they wouldn't provide me any services.
That's wrong and they're trying to hide it. They can keep taking it down but I'm gonna keep coming back to remind everyone not to trust these people who Wiesel their ways into peoples pockets.

I stopped going here after the lady at the front desk told me in order to get a discount I would have to be loyal to them completely, which is wrong because this is a free country and no one should be bribed or manipulated into doing business with one company. It's my right to go wherever I want to go and be serviced professionally.
When I heard that .... by the way this happened before the pandemic hit...I didn't say anything till now because I've now found a better dentist who will take care of me.

If you have to go to the dentist, and who doesn't, Dr. Canela's office is where you belong! Everyone there is friendly, helpful, professional, and, best of all, caring. They truly care about your comfort, dental and overall health, and financial situation. I've now had deep scalings, Clear Correct, and an extraction pending implant and could not be happier! When you go, give them love from me! So great!

The staff here is very warm and personable. You feel at ease when you are here. Dr. Canela has an excellent chair side way with her and a genuine concern in making sure you have the best treatment plan for your situation. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist to come here and meet everyone.

My husband and I are here in Florida on business. About a week ago I had a cracked molar start to bother me. I was very fortunate to have found such a wonderful dentist in Dr. Canela. I phoned the office and spoke to the front desk receptionist. I was immediately given an appointment that same day. From the moment I walked in the office I was impressed not only by the appearance but the comfort and compassion of everyone who works for the dentist. Let's face it, no one likes going to the dentist. However, Dr. Canela and her staff make going to the dentist as pleasurable as can be expected. Not only are they a friendly team, they are extremely knowledgeable and always right about recommended dental treatments. I'd drive from anywhere in South Florida to see Dr. C!!!! Actually I do!!!

She works very carefully and even if was past 6 PM she with her assistant still were working on my teeth and make sure that everything was done perfectly.
I also got very good price, which was very important for me as I had problems with 8 teeth. I am not afraid to go to dentist anymore. My annual check up I will do there and I already made an appt after 6 months for regular cleaning.
I will definitely recommend doctor Dalinda Canela-Pichardo to all my friends

After dealing with a few other dentist offices in the area this office is over the top amazing! The staff is eager to help vs. another office down the road that I will leave unnamed. They make sure you arrove the price AND put it all in detailed writing before they start the work. When i 1st walked in the waiting room feels open and warm like somone cared about the space. Clean but comfortable chair rooms. They have updated technology. I get text reminders (LOVE that) Gentle and personal dental care is on the bisness card and I can say it is 100% the turth!
