Sam ans his guys are great! Super polite ans always on time. They are always my first call for a taxi when im in the area.

When you call for a cab and they say it will be $25 for a few miles because they are out of regular cars. They should be there in the 10mins they said it’d take to get there.

Called over n over .never answered the phone . The worse most unreliable taxi car service .

The worst taxi service I have ever used. They gave me the price over the phone after I gave them the address of where I am and the address of my destination for round trip. The driver even put the address in GPS when her got here and gave me same price as they gave me on phone. When I got to where i had to go the driver demanded that i give him extra 10 dollars to return. I told him we agreed to round trip price. He then said i can get out or give him 10 more dollars. I told him that he has to give me half the money back if he not gonna take me back. He threatened to call police. I told him to

I called asking for a cab...guy says 20 min and never came. I call again for an hour straight with no answer. This cab service should have their license taken away!!! Who the hell runs a cab service like that??!!!

I called action cab to pick me up at shop rite and they said that they would come in 20 minutes. about a half hour passes and I call them and they didn't pick up the phone. So I waited a few more minutes and still didn't get an answer. They have extremely poor customer service I will not be calling again.

What a scam. 33.00 to go 6miles. I've traveled all day around DC using cabs and not spent that much. Never ever again.
