Bill has over 35 years experience building custom, luxury homes in the Fort Wayne area. Our rental rates INCLUDE landscape maintenance, lawn cutting and snow removal. After moving to Fort Wayne, my husband and I wanted to rent for a time as we decided where we wanted to live and searched for a house. We had been homeowners for 28 years. We rented a townhouse from Bill and it has been a great experience. We have had only one issue (a dryer that would not work) and he took care of it within hours of the call. He has been helpful in letting our son into our home when he arrived early and in offering names of contractors as we work on the house we purchased.
I don't really like renting, but you could not ask for a better landlord.

I lived in the property for over 2.5 years, William and his wife Jacqualyn are amazing landlords. My move to Indiana was awful and nothing seemed to work, but Bill and Jacqualyn made things definitely easier for us and for that, I will be forever grateful. The houses are beautifully made, sturdy construction and well maintained. Bill is always available for any repairs or issues. I absolutely loved living here and so will you.
