Daytona Limo saves the day! We were having some difficulty booking with another provider, so we reached out and these guys were easy to book with and quick to respond. The night of our event, we got multiple status updates, via text and the driver called in the afternoon, just to introduce himself and get any other details. He showed up right on time. Brian was awesome!! Very professional and just a pleasure to be around. We will definitely book with them again. Thank you!

Requested limo for Homecoming. Driver reached out by phone & text day before to introduce himself and go over itinerary. Morning of event connected again. Texted when he was about 15 minutes out and then again when he arrived. The girls said he was great. They had some extra time before they had to be at the dance and he drove them around. Great experience. Would recommend. Thank you Daytona Limo!

These people are the worst! Daytona Limo cancelled the limo I had reserved over a month prior to our event. They sent me a
cancellation email midday Friday. WTH! I found the email the morning of my daughter's wedding (My bad, but why wouldn't they call me or At least -- send a text?). I called and left a voicemail, several messages. Four days later, they still had not responded to numerous phone calls and emails; and yet email's how they do cancellations, though they have my mobile number on their own Web reservation form.
Be warned: Do not trust Daytona Limo, unless you want

Business not even there anymore. Stealing money from people and cancelling via email. Keeping the peoples money this is unacceptable!! Beware ! If your so open and not keeping people’s money please reply to everyone else’s poor reviews phone calls and SHOW YOUR LIMOUSINES upon request. And also the reservation was not in my name was in my sisters ! We’ve called several times no answer or call backs ! No email reply’s either !

Absolutely do not choose this company. Reservation scheduled for at least three weeks, they canceled (via) email at the very last minute. They refused to answer emails, phone calls, or facebook messages. My daughter's birthday is ruined as a result of the unprofessionalism. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau as well!

My grand daughters birthday limo was cancelled at the last minute. They didn't have the decency to call, they just sent an email. Who does that? Not a very responsible or ethical company. Horrible people!!

They certainly know how to ruin your special day. I thought I had rented a 10 passenger stretch limo to transport nine friends and myself from Orange City to Daytona to celebrate my 90th birthday at a popular restaurant . We gathered at the appointed time and place but no limo. We waited 45 minutes, called but no answer (24/7 service?) and finally had to drive to Daytona in two cars. What a let down. I have tried to reach them for an explanation but to no avail. One of the friends called and did get an answer but when she asked for an explanation they hung up. Of course, I do not recommend this

Been booking a limo with these guys every year for the father/daughter dance and it's been great. Now my three little girls are too big for that, so this year we had our own father/daughter night out with some friends, but still in a limo. Their limos are really nice and such a treat for all of us (but especially for the kids), and really help make it such a special night. We've had a blast every year, and hope the girls will want to keep going for many more to come. Thank you Daytona Limo!

Ordered a limo last night for a birthday ride down the strip. Limo picked up at a restaurant and dropped off at hotel. First we had to call the limo to come around and pick up even though we had a pick up time at 900. Then we paid extra $15 for a red carpet roll out and had to tell driver to get it out. He laid it out sideways for starters and on top of that it was a kitchen rug. It was very embarrassing as the person who paid for it thinking It would be nice. $195 for a 30 min ride. The girls enjoyed it but the beginning was rocky. First time ordering a limo will get more specifics next time.
