First ever visit to this location was better than I had hoped for and I usually have high expectations. I'll be taking the Rider Course when it resumes and am already on the waiting list. Talked to a couple of knowledgeable reps who didn't try at all to pressure me into more bike than I could handle and even ran some numbers to give me an idea about payment ranges.
When I explained my reluctance toward debt I felt not the slightest pressure but was greeted with total understanding and felt appreciated as a customer. The entire shop is beautiful, spotlessly clean and staffed with professional people who represent the the business as well as the community in a way that makes me want to be a part of it.

Visited the dealership this morning, 11/17/21. Dealership clean and well stocked with lots of merchandise to choose from. Motorclothes staff warm and friendly, taking extra time with each customer and providing professional service. I didn't seal with the service department but, as I wandered around, I could see them diligently assisting customers in persona dm on the phone. Would definitely visit again if in the area.

I contacted Black Sheep Harley Davidson in Huntington, WV and purchased some items over the phone and had an EXCELLENT experience with them. I chatted and talked to Amanda McKinnon their motor cloths manager and she was a GREAT help in fulfilling my requests. She send me several photos of what I wanted and helped me purchase exactly what I wanted. I would recommend Black Sheep Harley Davidson to anyone in the West Virginia area or to those who are just riding thru the state. GREAT JOB Amanda !!! Thank you..........................
