Great group. Ed made the long distance sale easy and Ray facilitated a delivery for me from MN to WA for the sled. Everyone Ive talked to is very polite even though tracking parts that were ordered becomes cumbersome with Cat. Next snow checks will come from Cannon Power Sport even though its long distance. Customer Service is worth the money.

Had some handling issues with my 2020 Polaris snowmobile after purchasing from a WI non-Polaris dealer... they were able to get me in within 2 days, expedited the repairs and took care of my warranty repairs as well! I cant say enough about the clear communication and proficiency Rick and Paul brought to the table! I was out riding that weekend with zero downtime.

Have never to cannon power sports but they will definitely see my continued business in the future. The place was so busy today and everyone was with customers and never once did I feel like I wasn’t good enough. They took care of all my needs as quick as they could have for how busy they all were. Cant wait to come back and buy a sled from them.!!! Keep it up cannon power!!!!!!

I brought my 2019 General into the dealer to get a belt replaced. They proceeded to say I needed both front and rear clutch covers replaced. They sent me confusing pictures of why they needed to be replaced so I agreed. They quoted me $1118 to do the job and charged me $1251 because they forgot to include the belt on the first quote even though it was there to get the belt replaced. I picked up the machine from the con artists and there is a dime size scuff wore through the front cover on the top side near wear the breather tube connects. Instead of suggesting I use JB weld to repair it

Had my 1997 Artic Kat 454 serviced here last fall and had great service, that's why I drove the 55 miles to have more work done. I get there and they inform me that under the new management they do not work on anything older than 2000. This should have been mentioned in n the phone call. Never going to recommend this shop again.

We want to thank Rick and all the service staff for always being so helpful and dealing with me and my antics. I have quite the unique way of trying to explain my ATV and what it is I am after. They are so patient, knowledgeable, and honest. We ALWAYS get exactly what we need and want. Our ATV is always serviced promptly and a phone call is always given by them to ensure we agree to all repairs that they are proposing to get our ATV back to trail ready/compliant to DNR standards. I brought my 2018 Arctic Cat M8000 to Cannon Powersports in Cannon Falls, MN to have some warranty work done. They replaced a hand warmer, thumb warmer, and attempted to troubleshoot an intermittent bog related to the computer remap recall issued this past spring. When it was all said and done Cannon Powersports attempted to charge me for labor on warranty work. They were trying to have me pay for labor that was to be covered by Arctic Cat as well. I personally never dealt with you - my husband deals with the store. He raves about the great customer service. We don't live locally, but my husband made the trip out there the first time. They ship parts to our home fast. We are definitely becoming loyal customers to this location!! Great staff and they always have what we need in stock.

I must say my experience with Canon was a fantastic. Dave was a great salesman did everything that he said he would do for me even got me a use Polaris banner which was much appreciated for my man cave thanks Dave it was worth driving the extra distance for someone who kept their word. The Store manager came and asked how my experience was and genuinely seem to care . I read reviews of other places and found very few things wrong at Cannon the bad reviews that I did see was not what I seen when I dealt with them. I had a completely different outcome than the last reviewers. Gary made my purchase of a new Sportsman 570 very easy. Their pricing was better than their competitors and I was in and out very quickly. The finance manager was also great, she was very helpful as well. I wouldn't hesitate to return in the future.

Wow what a joke! I purchased a G3 boat form them in early July. I as told I would get it on 3 different days. None of those were correct. It took 3 weeks after I was told I would get it that I did actually get the boat. Don't worry they tried to help.... They told me that they fired the salesman, and they did. They told me that they needed a part so that the trolling motor could talk to the fish finder. They said they would overnight it. The rod storage I was promised was wrong, they told me they would get me the ones I wanted and that the grab bar that didn't fit was already claimed
