Scammed by this company like everyone else when trying to buy health insurance through the marketplace
0 stars and i hope they get sued and shut down

After doing a lot of research on Life insurance on the internet .
I talked to a Licensed Professional, we went over many options for myself on a limited budget and income, we found the best option at a very affordable and reasonable price

So I've had these guys as my dental and vision insurance for my family for two years now and randomly they charged me an extra $70 on to my monthly bill they didn't call me to talk to me about it they just charged it. Also when I went to use them their insurance for dental only covers $1,000 I've literally paid them $4,000 over the course of the past two years it would save me more money if I just paid out of pocket.

I am 75 years old and I've never, in my opinion, seen a company this sorry about paying claims. They are happy to get the premiums, but when you have a claim they give you the run around. They ask for paperwork they already have. I recommend you use any insurance company besides this one. This is the worst!! When you try and get ahold of them on the phone, it takes at least 30 minutes to get someone. The 1-800 numbers are no good.

Unbelievable! I terminated this insurance very long ago and they keep getting money from my account. I called many times, they apologizes but then they keep getting money. Now it's 1 year they're getting money without providing any service!!!!

I wish I could give a ZERO! My Mom has a policy here and they are the WORST! They send her a bill each month stating she owes a certain amount. She pays this amount on time every month. They send a statement saying she is in a Grace Period for $1600 owed. Apparently her policy went up a while ago and they continued to send the same statement with the lower amount. I think they wanted to put her in this predicament hoping she would not be able to pay and then terminate her policy. The WORST!

Don’t do business with this terrible company!!!! I would give them a zero if I had the option. Company is a scam. I paid hospital indemnity for years to help me out in the event of hospital stay. Still waiting on payment on a claim submitted in November 2020 with no answers or any hope of collecting.

This company is very bad. I called and cancel the policy yet they keep charging me. Eventually I have to dispute the charge through my credit card company. I also have my credit card company block their further charge. A very bad experience with this company.

Tried to cancel after no communication on a claim for 6 months. The website, redirects you when you try to cancel to a link that doesn't work. Tried to email whatever address I could find on the website, takes a lot of digging but was able to find 3. One came back as non-reply, still waiting for a response for the other two cancelation requests. Have called over 50 times in the last two months, no one answers the phone. Have the phone records showing the longest call was on hold for over an hour. Finhad to cancel my bank account that I have for over a decade as they had not trouble taking my money

Do not give these scammers a cent!!! We filed 2 claims with them in Oct 2020 and they never responded to either of them. Then we tried to cancel the insurance and they've been pulling $150 from our account every month - they've effectively STOLEN $2000+ from us for not fulfilling our claims and taking our money anyways, even after being canceled!!! F*** you Chesapeke, I am beyond livid right now. Probably going to have to sue them to get my money back.
