Keith Howard has been in the real estate and home building industry for 16 years in the Austin area. Keith has worked for numerous home builders prior to becoming a custom home builder in 2006. Keith prides himself in being involved throughout the entire home construction process, from conception to completion.
Keith, along with long-time childhood friend, Chester Wilson, created Greater Austin Builders in 2012 to bring high quality custom homes at a value to their customers. Keith married his high school sweetheart in 1999 and has 3 boys they are raising in Austin. In his spare time, Keith coaches numerous youth sports teams and is highly involved in his church.

We bought our first home from GAB three months ago and they have been an absolute pleasure from the time we met them. During the buying process, they were extremely helpful in explaining everything to us, especially since it was our first time going through the process.
Since we’ve been in the house, we’ve been amazed by the quality of every detail and are still discovering thoughtful nuances they built into the home. They have also been very responsive to any questions or requests that we have.

Greater Austin Builders were exceptional to work with. I'm a real estate agent and helped my buyers find a house that was ~3 months to completion. GAB allowed them to personally select the items the could within the construction timeline. They were able to hand pick their counters, cabinet and wall colors, all plumbing and light fixtures and the pool surface. Their design is well thought out with exceptional attention to detail. Their communication was quick and concise. We worked as a team to meet everyones goals. Their quality is top notch and they didn't take short cuts anywhere. My main point

Excellent experience buying a house from Greater Austin Builders. They build quality houses and do not cut corners. I have lived in my house for a couple months and am highly satisfied. The owners, Keith, Macon, and Chester, follow through on their word and care about doing the right thing. Highly recommended.

We just closed on our new home last week and we couldn’t be happier with the result! We put the house under contract in the fall and spent the past 4 months working side by side with Chester, Macon and Keith to make this home ours. The Greater Austin Builders team (including their talented designer, Kathleen), spent countless hours helping us create and design our home down to the smallest details. The trades they work with are quality craftsman who love their jobs, and it shows in their work. Our home was delivered on time and we love it.

Greater Austin Builders were a dream to work with! They built us our dream home and were so considerate and sympathetic to our needs. We found their gorgeous home in Central Austin when looking at another one of their listings and even though it was still under construction, it just had that WOW FACTOR when we walked in!
My husband and I just had to have the home and were so excited that we put in an offer before it was even listed for sale! Chester, Macon, and Keith were so kind and so wonderful to work with.
