Petula was incredibly kind to let me hire their serving set for such an affordable price. If I had bought each of those items myself, no doubt I would have paid close to $400. I got countless compliments on the setting and it honestly wouldn't have been possible without Petula. The urn that we purchased was Nothing comparable to what we were offered at the local funeral homes. It is absolutely beautiful And quite unique . The customer service that we receive when we called was very friendly and helpful. The urn was delivered on time and packaged very well . I would highly recommend This company To anybody Requiring their services . If we ever require their services in the future we will Most definitely use them again

My experience was not a good one. I ordered an urn on 1/15/21... was told 5-7 days for shipping. I was hoping it would arrive in time for the Memorial... on 1/21, I had not received any status update by email so I called and was told by manager that urn was just sitting at warehouse and had not yet been engraved... needless to say, urn did not arrive in time for service. It finally came on 1/25/21. I will not order from this company or refer to anyone.
