We understand that lives change in an instant when an automobile accident occurs. People wonder who will pay medical bills, who compensates for harm, loss and pain, who will modify our home to meet needs, who will pay lost wages, who will pay for the funeral. We know that motorists sometimes don't see motorcyclists.

Motorcycle accidents result in wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, and permanent, progressive, painful and debilitating physical injuries. The law, focusing on compensation of victims of motorcycle injuries, is different than the law that applies in automobile accidents, defective and poorly maintained products and machines, malpractice, and airplane crashes.
