If I could give them negative stars I would, went to get a massage, the woman behind the desk said it was 65 dollars, but she rang it up as 75 dollars, twice. I caught it . She said she would credit the money back to my card, which she did, for the first 75 dollars, not the second, I look closely at my account and the transactions are under two different names. Kim Solip salon and Polished day spa..I went back 30 minutes later to address the other 75 dollars and now they are closed even though the sign says open.They are crooks . I will get my 75 dollars though.

I've been trying to find a place that I could get hair, nail, and waxing done all at the same place. Kim's Solip and Day Spa is the place! Hilda did my hair and waxing and she is AWESOME! Gilda did my nails a gel manicure and they look perfect. Kim's is on top of their game and very affordable. I'm looking forward to getting my next mani-pedi by Gilda and my next waxing by Hilda.

My girlfriend and my daughter went in there on Saturday for a birthday/girls day out. When first walking in the place was dirty and looked deserted it was our first time there and everything cost extra on top of high prices I got a pedicure that took all of maybe 8 minutes in a dirty chair and the only thing she did was uses cheap scrub from Walmart one time up and down my leg and polished my toes my feet were just as rough as when I came in there was no change
Then my daughter got her nails done which took 3 hours and they came out horrible so I had to take her to another salon to have them fixed

Be Aware Grouponers, the owner tried to throw a 40.00 long hair fee on me. When I only got my roots touched up, so there was No extra color used. I also only got an inch trim and also didn't get my hair blow dried. My root are still showing all around the frame of my face. Owner has strong ethnic voice and thought my partial high lights was all over hair cover, when clearly its not, it's very dark brown underneath. Also the interior is terrible, gold mirrors and black pillars everywhere with a piece of glass on top as a quick fix for a table for stylist to use????? Dresscode is jeans and t-shirts
