Lucinda Simpson founded Lavage Wellness Center in 2004 on the west side of the Denver metro area. Our mission is to assist you in achieving optimum digestive health through colon hydrotherapy (colonics) and complementary supplemental spa treatments. The goal is to cleanse, relax, and detoxify your body to help you reach a higher state of well-being and vitality in your life!
Most of our clients are introduced to us because they are looking for relief from intestinal discomfort, fatigue, or a lack of energy that prevents them from feeling their best. While colon hydrotherapy can be an excellent place to start to solve these issues, Lavage Wellness offers more, because we know there are often many other things going on in your body and in your life that affect your well-being.

Lucinda is wonderful. I've never had a colonic before and really didn't know what I was getting into. We deep dived in my intro conversation into my diet, stress, etc. After the treatment we discussed how to better my digestion. I bought 2 more and the probiotics. It was relaxing and so so wonderful. My last visit here was very stressful as I was trying to prepare for a relaxing cleanse. As the owner and I were catching up about life, I mentioned some life choices about choosing a vegan approach. She proceeded to push her nutrition advice, as her position is nothing of a nutritionist and people all over the world live a vegan lifestyle. Just love me some Lucinda and Lavage! Went on a Groupon and ended up with a metabolic cleanse for the spring and two more colonics in the future. Co worker recommendation and boy was she right on. Love the location, place is very clean and Lucinda has a terrific bedside manner. I’ve tried the foot bath, warm bed and the sauna. Love them all!

I'm very grateful for Lucinda and Lavage Wellness Center. My experience is that she has created an optimal environment to retreat to for a several hour healing/therapeutic service. I went to her a couple of years ago for my first colon hydrotherapy session. It was, and is, I would say, the very best alternative I have found to actual healing experiences I've had in the Hawaiian islands. This was my very first time doing anything remotely close to hydrocolonics, let alone the actual thing. I'm not usually shy but psyched myself out a bit however Lucinda was professional and calming. She explained everything and made me feel right at home.
The place is also relaxing and clean. The treatment itself was interesting and in the "end" I will be back for another! Highly recommend this place for anyone interested, especially someone new and shy to this type of treatment.

100% recommend. Lucinda was very helpful and calming, the office is clean and bright, and the experience was exactly what was needed. Hydrotherapy can be intimidating, but Lavage makes it as smooth and comfortable as possible. I had my first session today and am already telling my friends to come here.

I am totally new to this level of 'holistic self care'. I have no other past experiences to gage this off of, but I the service at Lavage is so wonderful that I have zero interest in going anywhere else. A combination of a low carb diet and a prescription stomach acid blocker had me looking for a "nuclear option" to get me moving again so to speak. I had heard about colonics for years on the Howard Stern show as his side kick engaged in them and touted the benefits. Groupons have everything now a days and sure enough after a search I chose Lavage due to it being the closest option to my house and reading some of the reviews on it.

I wasn't pleasantly surprised by my experience. This was my first time ever having a colon hydrotherapy and it was easier and more comfortable than I thought it would be. Lucinda was so wonderful. She spent time talking to me about my over all health and really cared about my well being. She left me alone in the room to "do my business" which I appreciated. I would recommend this center to anyone and everyone. Beautiful office and experience.

I had a great experience here at the Lavage Wellness Center. This was my first time having a Colon Hydrotherapy treatment. I did my research before going but still I was pretty nervous. Lucinda made me feel real comfortable and my experience was a positive one. I wasn't what I expected, although I didn't know exactly what to expect, it was actually better. I would highly recommend and look forward to going again soon.

Lucinda has helped me with so much. I feel better, have more energy and am learning how to relax, which I have never been good at. Her products are better than any I have ever tried. I would much rather take lucindas advice over a nutritionist. Lucinda understands the chemistry of the body and how everybody's needs are different. You couldn't ask for a more warm and welcoming experience! Lucinda makes you feel like you're part of the family and eases the uncomfortable aspect of actually having a colonic. She is extremely knowledgeable and works with your current state in a non-pressure approach. The online scheduling system makes it easy to work around your personal schedule and the location is easy to get to with plenty of parking. I highly recommend Lavage Wellness Center!

This was my first colonic, and I'll start by saying that the actual colonic went well. I felt comfortable.
However, I did not appreciate the staff's unsolicited nutritional advise. Please keep in mind that the therapists are NOT certified nutritionists, registered dietitians, or anything of the sort.
I was also put off by the large amount of supplements and probiotics that they push on you.

I have gone 4 times and absolutely love it. Lucinda is a very calming and caring and makes you feel right at home. Lavage is an incredibly clean and up-to-date facility and it is a very professional experience. Colon hydrotherapy has done wonders for my chronic constipation, and I will definitely be going back.
