McFarland Litigation Partners specializes in complex business litigation. Both Gabe and Luke McFarland began their careers at large, national law firms cutting their teeth on high-stakes cases for large, Fortune 500 and Fortune 50 clients. They left to form their own firm in 2006, and have been successfully litigating cases for Colorado's business community since that time.
It is probably rare that a father and all three of his sons get along and truly like each other. It is certainly even more rare that any four lawyers will get along and like each other. The fact that an attorney father and all three of his attorney sons not only get along and like each other, but have opted to work together and are the best of friends, is probably something of a miracle.
Our office is located in downtown Golden, near the Colorado School of Mines and the Molson-Coors business operations. Street parking near our Golden Office is generally limited to two hours (please check the signs before parking). If you will be here longer or cannot find a convenient spot, there is a paid parking lot on 12th & Arapahoe, less than a block from our office, with inexpensive daily rates.
