Charges may be incurred for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.
During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information, like your medical history, and give you time to get to know your doctor. We accept most insurances. List of current prescriptions and/or over-the-counter medication, including dose and frequency. You are responsible for co-payments or charges that are not covered by your insurance.

So I call the office to see availability; she told me the quickest I could get in. I told her I might call her back in a minute. I had one more reference I wanted to call. So I decide within the hour I would take the appointment she had offered, I call back, she said fine took some info and said I will mail you paperwork to fill out, I said good. So I wait over a month for my appointment and when I show up she says your appointment has been canceled. That I called and canceled it. Ok I did not. She said you said you didn’t want to wait that long, I said why would you have sent me paperwork if
