Our dodge sprinter van food truck died in the middle of a parking lot. Had AAA come out to check the batteries and nothing. Found Munoz Towing on Yelp and gave them a call. The driver (wish I knew his name) arrived quicker than AAA and assessed the situation. We have dual batteries so he charged both at the same to try to get it going. Nothing. He asked exactly what happened before it died and like a detective went under the vehicle with that clue and temporarily got the vehicle running so we could get it to a repair shop. So Grateful for this young man and his expertise!

Munoz towing removed my review. It is unfortunate that a company cannot take positive criticism to better themselves. Take responsibility for your poor service. Rude! Worst customer service! Look at the owner's response and judge for yourself. He private messaged me. Says a lot about his character. You decide if you want to use this company. We sought their towing service only to be disappointed with the customer service. Rude!

** Honest, helpful, fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended! A car ran a red light and hit me around 3am in the morning and my car was needed a to be towed last week. My insurance company ( Alliance United) did not answer my call, so I didn't know what to do. I am so glad that I called Munoz Towing because he was fast and friendly. I was in shock after the accident, so I was going pay off out my pocket for the towing services. Munoz Towing (He) was so nice to tell me that he can drop it off at my insurance collusion center without me paying out of my pocket. He was nice to explain

Two AAA tow companies were unable and unwilling to tow my car. I spent approximately 5 hours at a location dealing with AAA.
Angel from Munzo towing was very experienced and was able to use a pragmatic approach to provide the service I needed. He went above an beyond and even provided me with advice that helped me save money with the tire center I went to.
I highly recommend Munoz towing.

First.. The initial phone call.. Guy was super nice, he wasn't pushy or mean like some places can be. He let me hear his offer for the tow, and still didn't push. I agreed to the tow, and he told me his driver could be there within 15 to 20 mins.. It was cold and wet out, so that sounded good. Tow truck showed up within about 15 mins maybe less. Awesome! The guy who came to tow my truck was extremely nice, asked a fee questions, and made sure we were all OK. He towed it back to Cerritos for us, and got to the house before me. My grandpa was home to receive the car, and the driver helped

Great job, I needed a disabled classic 1963 Ford Thunderbird pulled out from behind an apartment building. I called other towing companies in the area and nobody wanted to tackle this job because the tires were flat on the car and it would not start. The driver came out, inflated the tires helped us push the car to the tow truck and it was towed to it's destination. I would use their service again thank you
