I just started getting Botox for the first time and after my first visit they informed me I could do a touch up for free if I still had a lot of movement, so two weeks later I could tell a big difference but I still had a bit of movement, so I went in for my touch up, then two weeks after that and I loved it but I still had two lines at my hairline and it was probably me being picky but I called to come back ready to pay again and they gave me another free touch up! They were nice and professional and I’ll definitely keep going and will probably try other services! Highly recommend!

This was my first time going there for Fillers and Botox and I must say everyone there is extremely helpful and so nice. They are very professional and did exactly what I asked and even made my results better by letting me know what they thought I needed. I am extremely happy and I would recommend this place to anyone! Thank you for making me feel so welcome and barely any pain!!!!

The staff at Renew Aesthetics & Wellness are very knowledgeable and strive to make their clients feel welcomed and informed. I came to them with concerns regarding my adult acne and severe scarring and Lisa and Brittney went to work to find the best procedures for my skin! I had previously gone to another aesthetics day spa where I had micro-needling with PRP and had horrible reactions BOTH times. I came to Renew nervous about receiving the micro-needling session again, but Lisa eased my fears and did a phenomenal job! I can not say enough about this place from the first step into the waiting room its just beautiful peaceful environment . You are greeted with smiles and treated with kindness ( yes we were wearing masks but you can still see smiles behind that ), I personally was having a procedure that was new to me and they definitely made me feel as ease with the whole process making sure I wasn't nervous and answered any questions I had . The procedure room was very inviting and comfortable as well , during the procedure I was told what was happening before each step and what to expect which gives you a sense

I can promise and personally guarantee you will get the best quality treatments and services that you would expect from a high end medically supervised and physician staffed medspa. I’ve had coolsculpting, Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers and there is nowhere else I could imagine going. Adri Cole with the Salon @ Renew cuts my hair every two weeks and she cuts my hair better than anyone else in the tri-cities hands down! So much to offer and staff that will make you feel beautiful and pampered every time you leave the office!
