After sustaining a Spinal Cord Injury, Donald found himself in the position of needing medical supplies for his daily personal care.
Struggling with the process of not knowing what products were out there and not having them delivered in a timely fashion, Donald became frustrated. Understanding firsthand the struggles of not having a reliable supplier for his medical needs, Donald was determined to make a change. Wheeler's Medical Supply specializes in incontinence and catheter supplies. We know what its like not receiving your medical supplies on time and dealing with a urinary tract infection because of it. We will make sure this doesn't happen to you. We are different from other catheter suppliers in the sense we give back to the disabled community and we are more knowledgeable about the products because we use them.
At Wheeler's Medical Supply we take care of each patient's insurance verification process and medical billing. Verification of insurance ensures the patient's eligibility for urological supplies and also determines the patient's coverage, benefits, deductibles, and any co-pays if necessary.? Wheeler's Medical Supply accepts all Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurance plans.

THEY ARE AMAZING! I have never had to use medical supply companies before. Our son was recently diagnosed with a tethered spinal cord and has a neurogenic bladder. Things blew up and quickly were told we have to start cathing him every 4 hours. We were put in touch with Wheeler's. JB Wheeler gave me his phone number and answers my texts and calls at all times of the day. Their service is efficiency is flawless and quick. This company is fantastic & just out of this world when it comes to service. I been using them going for 2 years & they go out of their way to help the customer. Even the 1st time my doctor placed an order with them for me the order was delivered the next day. They always call me anywhere betwen a week or 2 before next order w/b sent to me to make sure im not running too low on supplies & if i am they get the order 2 me faster. I wish more medical supply companies were like this as it w/make it soooo much easier for us in need.

They have been absolutely great! They are very good at taking care of my special needs Son's medical supplies for two years now. Consistently on time deliverys and the most friendly employees you'll ever talk to. Have gone out of their way to help us with reaching out to my son's Dr to get his supplies. I've used their service for over 3 years and they are nothing but excellent. They're always in contact with me and going above and beyond to service my daughter. They text or call to remind me when the next order is due. Saturday, Oct. 31 at 4pm, was another proof of their excellence...I had just realized my daughter had only two catheters left 😟 and I called Wheelers (the owner is available at any time) and the owner went to the office to get catheters for my daughter that would last her through the weekend until the order was delivered on Tuesday

What a wonderful caring company! Always available in emergency situations as well. They have always been able to help my granddaughter with all of her needs. They understand her needs and find solutions for her. Sent samples, etc. This company is the very, very best with great response to patient's needs.

I wrote a long, glowing review and I got distracted and lost it. Suffice it to say that Wheelers is incredible. They learn your needs and then they know them. I'm on vacation this week and ran low on catheters before I planned. They (Ben was my contact) called the nearest suppliers to make sure I got overnight supplies within 24 hours and wouldn't be without what I needed for the rest of my trip. They know your needs, and they know why they're important, and they care to get you what you need to live your life.

I just switched over to Wheeler's medical approximately five months ago. Previously, I was with two other major supply companies that treated me like a statistic. Anytime I have a question and I call Wheeler's, they treat me like a human and work diligently to make sure that I have all my products and education needed. They also have a tremendous sales person and educator named Sara. She continuously works diligently to make sure that I have proper supplies and that I am always taken care of every month.
