We really enjoyed working with Chris Sanservino, the owner of Able Roofing. Able replaced our home’s roof and skylights. Chris was extremely professional, knowledgeable and honest. We believe that his prices were reasonable and competitive. He was very helpful during the planning process. Our own research always proved Chris’ advice to be spot on. We were impressed to find out that he had put new roofs on a number of homes in our neighborhood. Chris and his team at Able Roofing did an excellent job installing a new roof on my house. He moved my installation date up when I noticed a leak after some heavy rain and his team arrived on time. Chris was always responsive and available to answer my questions. He worked and supervised his crew who were extremely professional. The installation would have been done in one day if storms hadn’t hit later in the afternoon. They returned the next morning and finished the job quickly. The property was cleaned up perfectly with no debris or nails left behind. He roofed over 3 of my 4 skylights and

Able Roofing removed my old roof and replaced it with a new roof in just 1 day! (I have a medium sized colonial) Chris was informative, helpful , provideda quick and thorough estimate. No hidden costs. His price was the best, service was professional , well-done and the roof is beautiful. Not only that but his clean up afterwards was perfect. Great company and very well managed.
