SO WORTH IT!! I moved into a new rental, but wasn't happy with the cleanliness of the carpet, so I bought this Groupon. Showed up on time, and even went over it twice. Smelled great, dried fast, and CLEAN. I only had a bedroom and a small closet, so I asked if he could do a rug for me, which he did front and back with no problem. I am actually having him come back to do my air ducts at a later date. :-)

They came out to right away told me that I couldn't use my two groupons for cleaning. I was advised to wait and then call them out in a few weeks to use the second groupon.
I did exactly what they said and placed a call for the second cleaning of our upstairs bedrooms. However, they did not even bother to return my call.
I have to say the first cleaning was very well done, however, to be ignored the second time I called is bad business.

I bought a $50 Groupon for Duct Cleaning work. I left several messages for this company and no one ever called me back. My sister bought the same groupon. When they showed up to her house they told her that they could not clean the air ducts/vents in her home because it was built to long ago and they would have to disassemble the duct work in her home and were afraid they would damage it. They never offered to refund her money.....all they did was clean her clothing dryer vent out. Thankfully for me, groupon was kind enough to refund my money.

This place is terrible. I noticed the YP reviews had a 5*, yeah right. This place will not answer a phone despite 10 calls. If you cannot conduct business right then I don't want your services. I will absolutely let everyone I know that this place is downright awful. I can only imagine the sub par performance they do. I'm suprised this place is even in business still. It's that bad!

We had a Groupon and called on last Monday to schedule. The answering machine promised a call back within 24 hours. It didn't happen. We called back and got the same message. No call back. A third call finally precipitated a return call. The man said that he only checks messages every couple of days??? Huh???!!! He said that they could come on Monday (today). I said that I would check our Monday with my wife when she got home (2 hours later) and call him back. He promised to return the call promptly. I had a Groupon for this. Scheduled the cleaning for today. I had a Groupon carpet cleaning last year so I figured I knew what to expect. Immediately one of the workers says that the Groupon is just for a "surface" clean, or something similar. Says we need a "deep clean". That we have spots 1, 3,4,5 etc. (In reality the carpets are actually in pretty good shape, yes they need a cleaning that's why I hired this guy.) I too purchased one of the groupons for air duct and carpet cleaning. They didn't actually do the ducts, but I'd seen something on tv about those deals not including everything so I didn't push it. They were nice. I had dog urine on my new carpet. I had to pay for additional treatment to get this out of the carpet as well as the padding beneath. They had to come back later to re-apply the Teflon coating. Overall I was happy with the results... But those groupons will never be all inclusive.
