Extreme Limousine

I was really disappointed with my choice of Extreme Limousine for my wedding in late August. We used the 14-passenger Ford Excursion, and the AC did not work on our 20 minute trip to the ceremony. My maid of honor sweated through her dress and the groom sweated through his tux because there was literally no air flow for 20 minutes. The driver said there was nothing he could do and the windows don't roll down. He was able to fix the AC during the ceremony so our ride to the reception wasn't as miserable. I don't know how they can send a limo with broken AC in late August...

Hired them to take my friends out for the night. Jerry and his team did a great job taking care of my friend and I. Punctual and clean equipment. He even had some candy ready for my friends as treats. Thanks for the great service

First, the limo driver, Jerry, was late. He didn’t give us a greeting or anything. He was very unprofessional. The first thing he did was accused all the people under 21 of having alcohol on their person (which none of them did). He was super hateful and come to find out he was not supposed to be the driver tonight but the person that was supposed to drive called out and he had to cover for them. So, we the customers got his backlash. Although, we did spill candy in the seat of the limo he pulled my one of guest over there and chewed her out for spilling candy in his seat.
