Meagan, I just wanted to express my appreciation for the service work that was done on my ATV. I have never been to Arkport Cycles prior to this 5 Star service that I received from your service department which includes yourself and especially the tech that serviced my ATV. Your tech was able to repair all the damage caused by rodents on the electrical system and also address all other issues that where of concern on my ATV.
In addition to the techs outstanding service Arkport Cycles did not price gouge me for all the work that was completed on my ATV. Thank You for the 5 Star Service, very appreciated. I had an appointment for my first service and the service was done in the time frame that was given me. Gary who normally always works on my pioneer did an excellent job as usual.

"John at the Parts Department was excellent in letting me know when my order arrived and then getting it shipped to my home!"
"Brian, Bonnie, Jake, Eric and Tracy were great to deal with on this purchase (Sales, Finance, Service and Parts Department.) Two small complaints, one was a noticed (two day after a got it home) a small tear (1 x1 +/-) in the rear plastic skid plate, I believe was done when lifting machine out of the crate. Actually, I found two more areas in the plastic skid plates from most likely the cargo company with damage. Second thing is the shipping charge on the Service Manual

I apologize i should of explained. My BF took his bike to have it stored for the winter. This includes a full detail, winter storage, the bike gone thru to look for defects, and an inspection. When we showed up to pick the bike up he was told he owed 90 for a repair to pass inspection, which he should of been called and notified about. When he went to leave we noticed the bike was filthy obviously not detailed. They offered to have us bring it back to detail it which he refused because of the hour long drive to get there to begin with. He called and talked to a couple managers who did credit his

Sorry I can't just leave a review for one person that helped with my purchase. Adam was super helpful and probably the easiest salesman I've ever delt with. The lady that helped with the financial part of my purchase was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. Sorry I can't remember her name. The people in the service bay had my new ride assembled in no time at all. All the employees that I talked to were very friendly and helpful. The pups make the store even better. I just want to thank Adam and staff they have been great. The customer service has been great every one that I have spoke to has been nice. Also any questions I had or they were sure about they called me back with. They also take the time and talk with you and answer your questions. I will definitely be doing more business with them. You don't find great customer service anywhere any more and they have been great with me. I hope everything goes well with the service I getting done to my bike.

I went to Arkport Cycles like I had 3 times before, looking at pre-owned Harleys and found one that fit my needs perfectly. I met up with salesman Brian who was more than willing to help me with my purchase. I got approved for my loan that day and the bike was stored for me until I can pick it up. I am 60yrs. old and have never been treated so well with any dealings in my life. Bonnie was superb with my paper work and was kind as anyone could be. All the staff was great, I will always be a faithful customer of John's great business!! Thanks everyone at Arkport Cycles!
