Poor service and not responsive. Had a scheduled an appt in Oct 2019 and waited with no show. I called the office and they told me that he was not coming with no excuse and I later found out it was the owner. Rescheduled appt and service tech showed up and gave me a complete evaluation (PAID 1). I was impressed and ask that he come back in 60 days. When I called to schedule the appt I requested the same service rep and they said that they sent them back to Mexico. My mouth dropped and I told her that she needs to find a better way to describe her seasonal employees. They scheduled a totally different

Cloudburst irrigation system installed 1987. Great addition to maintain lawn, annuals and perennials. Very satisfied with 33 years of service. We are currently having entirely new system installed as our landscaping has changed over past 40 years. New system installed by excellent crew and owner Supervised installation.
New system has WiFi control as well as drip lines in pots. Overall statisfaction a "10" from start to finish. I have recommended to neighbors who also use Cloudburst. Highly recommend!

Up until recently, I was extremely happy with Cloudburst. They did great work and were great to work with....until recently. I had them winterize my system in early December and in March I realized that all of the pipes coming from the house were destroyed. I called them and they told me the work was not guaranteed and they wouldn't fix it. Not only would they not fix it, I wanted them to come and give me an estimate to fix it and was told it as over $100 for a service call. So, they provided a service, the service was done poorly resulting in damage and wanted to charge me just to come out and
