Called to request a quote, the woman who answered stated that I would be required to go through a process which involved sending emails etc.
Here is how it should have been handled, if a customer calls for a quote you should answer the phone with a smile in your voice, say thank you for even calling to request more info on our products and be happy to help you in scheduling an appointment with a salesperson. I don't care how good a product or service is, Customer service starts from the minute you receive a call.
