I’ve gone to Alexia several times now and always love how my hair comes out! She always takes the time to make sure it’s exactly how you want it. She put in hair extensions for me and got the color to match perfectly! I highly recommend her services.

I had an appointment with Alexia. Even though I had photos to replicate on my hair, she did not do anything close to the color I wanted. I expressed that it was not what I wanted before I left the appointment and she told me once I shampooed at home it would look better. Unfortunately, even after a few showers at home it still looked the same (I live with 4 people and no one even noticed I had added color to my hair..when I wanted the middle to ends blonde). When I contacted Alexia to correct things she said it would be 45 dollars. I questioned this being fair but still asked her to provide me

Riccilyn is absolutely FABULOUS! I always love my hair when I go to Glam Spa. I never know exactly what I want when I get there, but I always trust Ricci’s expertise and I am never dissatisfied. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.

I got balayage by Alexia and it came out amazing and just like the inspo pic I showed her! I was even complimented on my hair by a friend who is a hairdresser. She instantly knew my hair was colored and said whoever did it did an amazing job. I will definitely be back to see Alexia.

Riccilynn is a true professional. Her knowledge and skills combined with her passion for helping people shows in the amazing work she does. She is great at listening and accomplishing exactly what I am looking for. She’s easy to schedule with and always on time. If you’re looking for a new hair stylist she’s fantastic with both cut and color!

Found Glam from Group on. Went for balayage. Paid 100 and came out exactly the same as I went in, nobody could notice I've done a balayage!!! She told me with a few washes I could start seeing lights. Series of emails went back and forth with Alexia to ask for a refund or a correction. She is personally nice but didn't really seem to want my satisfaction. She finally agreed to do a couple of foils for some lighter shades 3 weeks after the treatment. I'll get each foil for 3 dollars at another salon, meaning if I wanted that it would cost me a lot less than a 100. Really unthinkable. I don't recommend

They are disgusting and so unprofessional that they do not give a heck to reply to your repeated messages or calls even if you keep calling them leaving voicemails 100 times. They waste the customers time and money and cancel appointments at last moments leaving you at a very awkward spot in case you are booking salon services for some purpose. I would surely do not recommend using their services and would give them a zero*if possible.. Highly unprofessional and reckless..

Deirdre and Ricci are amazing, and the absolute best! They have the nicest little salon and always do a fantastic job.

I forgot to check in here yesterday, but I got my hair cut here and it looks great!

Last time I got my hair cut at a salon in Worcester was over a year ago and I was traumatized because I basically left with a mullet. So as of yesterday, it had gotten really long, and was just looking really blah. No style whatsoever. Just long and in desperate need of a cut.

I saw some nice reviews on here, so I went to Glam. It's very close to where I work so its convenient too.

Great place! I came in for a cut and color, and I decided to make a drastic change to my hair. I'm really glad I did! Ricci listened to what I wanted and worked with me to make sure I was happy with how everything came out. Reasonable prices, and she sent me home with product samples!

I can go almost anywhere for a cut and style, but this place is great. Reasonably priced, always accommodating and friendly. I got a cut today, last minute before Christmas (yes I'm a procrastinator) they squeezed me in (even though I thought it would be a hassle). Ricci said she would have taken me tomorrow ,even. Anyway my hair looks great.When my wife saw my hair she said "I going to change your nickname from Big Daddy Yumm Yumm to Big Daddy Scrumptious"

My most favoritist hairdresser moved to NYC so used this sadness as an opportunity to find someone closer to home. Dierdre fits the bill. Kind, accommodating, fun to talk to and a great stylist. Highly recommended. I've got thick, unruly, curly hair and she was unfazed and did a bang up job! Happily left my first appointment booking the next.
