My wife Courtney and I are excited to have the opportunity to service your vehicles, and the community! After eight years of service in the Army as a Captain, we left the military in search of a permanent home for our kids to grow up.

Called and told me the job would be $1,700 for rotors and pads. They ended up doing it for $1,000 and threw in a free oil change. Even though they came down in the price that's still really expensive for pads and rotors on a RAV4. They also got it done fast and provided a ride.

Deceptive and expensive. I had the heater hoses and brakes replaced on an older SUV. They had my car for under 24 hours - that was the good. However, they called me 6 times over that period - 6 times!!! And 4 of those times they gave me estimates on the cost.
Imagine my surprise when my wife got home with the car and the bill was $400 higher than they had quoted. The defense they used was that since I agree to $900 worth of work, the other $400 had to be done. Very deceptive. Like most people, I would have agreed to the additional costs had I known. But to hide them in the bill was completely

When I say they are awesome they are awesome. They make a way when u think there is no way possible. After shopping around for months I was in and out this place with approved financing in minutes when I literally felt like pulling out my hair at other places. The last thing my dad wanted for me before he left this earth was for me to take care of my car and my car needed new struts all around. They made this happen and my car drives brand new. I am so grateful n satisfied and will trust no other company on my car but them.

Car kept dying after a couple days so I assumed car had a drain, the manager said it just needed new battery. He also checked A/c that only blew cold when driving and he claimed it needed 4 parts totaling 2000$ to repair. Well I left replaced battery and installed condenser myself. A/c blows cold now and car still dies so he was wrong about everything and charged me a total of 300$ for nothing. Even charged me 100$ for Freon that my car already came in with. Although they had great customer service they didn’t know how to fix my car.

Changing the oil, tires and battery took them from 9 am to 5 pm, although they promised an hour and a half.
I got a call and was told that replacing the battery is a necessity and the cheapest possible option is $ 380. Only they did not specify that this is the cheapest option from them. The cost of this particular battery in other stores and car services ranges from $ 140 to $ 240. From them the same "generous" offer is $ 380 + $ 30 for installation.

As soon as I pulled in to get my tire pressure checked. They were so helpful and even addressed other problems with my indicator lights. Didn't realize my brake and power steering fluids were so low. I will always take our cars there from now on. Was very happy I did business with them!!!! Very professional and quick service

Rooster Auto repair is located on college Park drive West of i-45 about 3 miles. It's hard to see from the main street because it's the woodlands and everything is covered with trees. Modern looking building clean paved driveway very attentive staff. They performed my service very quick and did it at an excellent price. I highly recommend them to anyone. It was my first time here and I will come back again. They appear to be very good people in a very safe neighborhood. Give them a try.
