The owners of this property have thought of it all. The moment you walk through this open concept estate, you immediately feel the calm and love. The air smells of lavender. You can hear the calming water just below. They set up the kitchen and other rooms with arrangements of flowers and a guidebook to help you get the most of your stay there, they even have a bag of chargers just in case you need one. We got married just out on the grass area with the waterfall right behind us. Jack provides tables and chairs if you need them, and was very helpful with suggestions on where to take our guests

When I first came across this property online, I thought it might be too good to be true! I first found it a few years ago, and when my Fiancé proposed, we knew this is where we wanted to get married. We booked this as our venue right away and planned the entire wedding around it. Jack was so friendly and easy to communicate with, considering how pristine the property is I was concerned we might face high fees or strict rules but he was so easy going and VERY easy to work with! The rules for having an event were straightforward and clear, things such as max occupancy and no driving on the lawn

This home completely exceeded our expectations. To call it a slice of paradise is almost an understatement. The property is beautiful and pristine. The home was very clean and very well kept. The owners provide all the information that you need to know to make your visit wonderful. Jack and Jane are the most lovely couple and are wonderful to communicate with. We truly had a great experience staying there and you will too!

You won't believe the beauty! We plan and design events so to have this gorgeous property in the heart of Hilo is a blessing. From the very well manicured grounds to the sweet hilltop hale this is easily one of my main recommendations for small weddings in Hilo. You will NOT be sorry if you book this venue. Bonus...the owners are genuine and accommodating. Plus they get back to you in a heartbeat. I could go on and on.

We stayed here for a week and this rental is beyond belief. You have 3 bedroom suites with full baths for each couple. And each suite is just as wonderful as the next. There were fresh flowers when we arrived and there is EVERYTHING you could want for already there. Great washer and dryer with extra 1/2 bath, books, games, beauty, etc. We drove down and got fresh Ono several days and cooked it on the outside grill. Ono means "delicious" in Hawaiian and it is! It looked like they put a pole out one window, caught the fish and sold it out the other! The smell of the fish cooking

It has been a few months since our stay but it feels just like yesterday. Perhaps one of the most amazing vacation rentals ever. This vacation home is a tropical paradise with all the creature comforts of home. Everywhere you look there is a view. The view of the waterfall alone will leave you breathless, but each of the bedrooms are completely isolated from the rest of the house and the kitchen/dining area is about 25 yards from the rest of the rooms with an amazing 260 degree view of the river and waterfall.

Spectacular doesn't describe it. Paradise and The Garden of Eden are befitting. The house has every amenity you could want. It does set on its own island or peninsula of land between two lush tropical ravines. A lagoon is in the ravine on the right and a huge triple waterfall flows from magnificent ancient volcanic rock formations behind the house. When you drive through the gate onto the property, you leave the rest of the world behind. And you are ready to enjoy your time in a lush green tropical paradise that is truly one of God's masterpieces.
