Was lectured on the low quality of the replacement seat cover I brought them to staple onto a clean, ready to go motorcycle seat pan and then charged 50% more than I paid for it just to get it stapled on! They may speak quality but if good enough is good enough, look elsewhere.

Very displeased with Sue Savoy and her business. She does not get jobs done in a timely manner (if at all!) She doesn't pay her employees so I assume she doesn't shoot straight with customers either (but no proof) I go out of my way to advise people not to give her their busines. But I do highly recommend rags to riches upholstery in Hollister. They are GREAT!

Quality work, extremely difficult to work with! Do not recommend for large jobs! Dishonest about estimating time needed to complete work. Battery and radio were stolen without compensation from shop despite agreeing to do this.

I highly recommend Kimberling City Uphostery to anyone looking for repairs or custom work. I simply needed repairs done to a bass boat cover. I did not want to spend a ton of money and I wanted the job finished quickly. Susie met all my requirements, gave me a fair price for the repair and then did additional work at no additional charge. I am a happy and satisfied local customer.
