Carlos is an excellent technician, very friendly, honest and knowledgeable. Carlos was able to promptly diagnose and provide repair to a furnace burner failure eliminating the cost of having to purchase an entire new unit. The repair cost was very minimal. I had another company come out to see what was wrong with my furnace. They diagnosed the problem but said furnace was too old to repair and new one would be 3000.00.
Then I had white mountain heating and cooling come out and was told my furnace was not that old and could be repaired. It cost less than 500.00 and runs great!!! I love these guys and would definitely recommend them!

I rarely write reviews on companies that perform services for me. White Mountain Installed a new Hvac system in our cabin in Heber this past week. It was a challenging job that because our cabin was not built with an Hvac system. Our Forman Joe and the members of his crew did an amazing job ! I cant say enough about Joe. His commitment to a job done right, communication skills & craftsmanship are a rare quality in this day & age. I say this as a General Contractor with over sub contractors. Have used WMH&C for several years. They have been responsive, on time, and in my opinion reasonably priced. My Unit is about 17 years old but still functions well even though it is not the latest and greatest. Wyatt our technician has serviced the unit several times and explained that it is still in good shape for it’s age...which we really appreciate his honesty.

Great experience all around. Called to get my AC unit serviced (I was completely down) and they fit me in same day. It was a straight forward and honest assessment (actually no issue at all other than bugs clogging things up). Quick fix and they were in and out in 15 minutes. Can't beat it...same day service, honest assessment and didn't try charge me for something that wasn't wrong. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Having issues with our furnace, I called Peter to see when he could come out. Despite the intermittent nature of the issue, Peter apologized for not being able to come out immediately. That was not a problem for us. As promised, he arrived here to troubleshoot our furnace issue. I was having phone trouble, but Peter was tenacious about finding us. We live in Rural Concho now and not easy to find. Apparently, he drove up and down the connecting road a couple times until we finally met up. Our heating system went down just as a major snow storm arrived. Contacted White Mountain Heating and Cooling. Wyatt responded immediately, with six inches of snow on the roads, storm still adding six more. Thanksgiving weekend. Did all he could to try to get it working. Unfortunately, needed to order parts to complete repairs. Returned and made repairs quickly within a few days. Repair service call, and repair cost was extremely reasonable. Just wanted to give a shout-out for the AWSOME job and the outstanding service Peter has given me! Had some major issues with my furnace and limited time available for a service call, and he made it happen both times! I decided to get rid of the junker since the same mechanical issues kept happening, (no fault of Peter's) and had a new one installed today. Peter made sure the new furnace had a great track record, and after researching it myself it ranked very high. Sent an email request for quote to WMHC late in the afternoon on a Thursday. Wyatt called the very next day and came that afternoon to provide a quote. He was very professional and provided a reasonable quote for the job we were needing. They were able to schedule us in and in 3 weeks we had our unit installed and operating. They sent Matt, Frank & Chris to do the install. All 3 were great! They did an excellent job going above and beyond. Would highly recommend this company.

This summer we had them come work on our swamp cooler twice and between the two visits paid about $500. First visit was to get swamp cooler ready for summer and they replaced plumbing tubing through the attic.… Second visit was to replace the pump. We had water coming in our ceiling about a week ago. After investigation it was the swamp cooler leaking in our attic. So I called them to try to have them fix the problem. Peter told me they did nothing wrong. I had an issue where my ac/heating would not work. I saw that the dogs chewed on the thermostat wiring that goes outside to the ac unit. I messaged White Mountain Heating & Cooling that evening but the following day I "googled" the problem and came across a video that seems to fit the exact situation I had. Pete was a pleasure and I appreciate his knowledge and "can-do" attitude. He came out the next day as scheduled and called me before arriving.
