Cab #546 on Sat Jan 15 is not a good driver. He was too impatient to drive 15 mph in a park zone so he opted to be obnoxious. I honked and he flipped the bird. How professional 🙄 He drove off and started cutting off people on the road ahead; no blinkers, no courtesy, just driving erratically, even turning into a parking lot where I thought maybe he is picking up a passenger — nope, he saw I had my phone out and was trying to drive where I couldn’t get a photo of his vehicle, paying zero regard to a small group prepping for a BBQ. He drove out of the park, so all of this was for nought. I

This company was awesome!! We aren't from Las Vegas and pretty much was stuck at an event we were more than ready to leave. It was getting cold, etc... all the cab services were atleast 2 hour wait. My husband called Nelis and Holy moly!! He hooked us up with cab driver Sean. He was so professional and courteous!! THANK YOU SO MUCH NELIS CAB SERVICE!!!!!

Thanks to Greg for a lovely ride to McCarran this morning. He arrived just minutes after I called, loaded my luggage quickly, and made sure I was in and settled before getting behind the wheel.
We had a great chat on the way, and I was a little disappointed that the ride was over so quickly. Talking with him was a pleasure. I would absolutely use Nellis again based on my ride with Greg.

Had a very bad experience with this company two nights ago. My daughter needed to work very early and I needed to get to the airport at 11:45 PM. She lives 15 minutes from the airport. So I called them and carefully arranged an 11:30 PM pick up. They told me they would call on the way and that they would be there on time. At 11:35, no taxi. Also no call. So I called them. No answer. 11:40 PM, same thing. At 11:45 I finally got a hold of them, and with no apology they just said that the driver was not coming but they would try to send someone else out. Took a cab from the strip to the airport and accidentally left my bag in the cab. I didnt remember the cab # or drivers name and submitted an online lost item form with them. In less than 24 hours they responded and we were able to arrange me getting my items back. Extremely professional and kind people- thank you Maria in Lost & Found!

Awful, don't use them. I scheduled a ride the day before my flight and they never showed up and didn't call. At the last minute, I called them and the dispatcher saw that my reservation was in their system. He said they would send someone out and they never did. I cut it close for my flight. Thank god for Uber. I gave one star because Yelp requires you to give a minimum in order to post anything. It was really zero

I wouldn't normally leave feedback about a cab company (good or bad). This is mainly a public thank you to Nellis Cab company for finding my wallet and tracking me down by calling phone numbers from peices of paper in the wallet.
Las Vegas does have the Las Vegas taxicab authority that people can file a lost and found report and hope for the best.
Cora from Nellis went above and beyond to get my wallet back to me. I really appreciate it.

Super sketchy, stay away. Took a cab from the airport to Planet Hollywood. Luis Santacrus in cab 614 Dr Lic: 116634 got on the freeway, took a round about long way, (i tracked him on Google Maps) and it cost $36. I come to Vegas every year and it's a 10 min $17 ride with absolutely no reason to get on the freeway. I had never had this happen to me in all my visits to Vegas, and from now I on I will never ride in a taxi. Uber/Lyft only from now on. I told him that I would not report him to the authorities, but not to do this again. He ignored me and handed me a my receipt.

Be warned, drivers are taking you on highway to bill more. I know Vegas, and driver took me on highway to get to Harrahs, when I challenged him, he lied and claimed Koval LN was tied up due to major construction. Then took the wrong exit to try to get my billing higher.

Is a cheater and shouldn't belong to your company.
I stay at four seasons twice a month for a few years and half of a time I get a cab.
It's a 6 minutes drive around 5.30 AM and the cab driver took me on a 23 dollar ride to airport.
I questioned him as to why and he said he was trying to avoid the traffic at 5.30 AM, that's MORNING time.
I do NOT care for a refund but you guys need to protect your company as Nellis Cab is on my list of never ever use again and slew of horrible reviews would be coming your way unless corrective actions are taken

Our driver Glenn, was courteous & insightful..but maybe a bit too chatty.

ps. can someone explain what the "extra $2" on the receipt for? Presumingly for the luggage, though we had 4 carry on's plus 2 personal...still tipped $4 anyways lol
