Unfortunately in my original order I received an incorrect item. The team at promothreads was great at communicating with me their plan to send me the correct product. There was a slight delay with my replacement order, and for the delay, the PromoThreads included two extra shirts, totally free of cost. I really appreciate the helpfulness of everyone that I worked with and their willingness to go above an beyond to resolve a minor mishap.

I ordered 50 shirts that came in a color that looked completely different than the mockup. This was no fault of Promothreads as they were using the mockup from the manufacturer. I approved the mockup based on what I reviewed. The color of the shirts arrived completely different which made my logo almost invisible.
I agreed to pay for a new order, however, Promothreads agreed to place a new order at no charge to me. I was not asking for this as I do not believe the presented color was their fault.
Bottom line, despite taking a financial hit (I assume) they did the right thing to make a customer

I was supposed to have some custom shot glasses created to celebrate my 40th birthday and Bill was referred for these services. To my disappointment, what I received was a travesty. The letters look as though a 4th grader glued them onto the glass, and the lettering is actually crooked. Needless to say they won't receive any more of my business and these glasses will not be used at all...

The most amazing experience ever, I will forever be greatful..so a friend of the family passed away and we needed over 59 t-shirt made with in 24 hrs. Not knowing if it was possible in a short notice Robert not only got it done exactly on time but delivered it with no problem. We have been using Promothreads for a little while now but this experience right took me over the top. Amazing work, amazing prices, and amazing people. Thank you again so so much

I've been using these guys for years. They are absolutely amazing and their work ethic is superb. The quality of their products is always as specified and get things done by your deadline. I appreciate Robert and his team dearly. If you're looking to have anything embroidered printed this is the best place to go to in North Charlotte/Lake Norman surrounding area.
