Our Fall Prevention program is designed to assess and minimize your fall risk. Fall risk factors include age-related mobility decline, physical changes, health conditions and even medications can make it more likely that you experience a fall. Horrible!! Needed OT service wnd instead they did PT! The nurse calls and texts late at night and refuse to schedule more that 24 hrs in advance. Our doctor ordered OT but instead they forced us into having PT as well and then after doing PT appointments they told us they cannot do OT because insurance won’t approve any more PT. We never asked for PT and always stated the doctors order asked for OT. They are not upfront and very unprofessional. Wasted a month being given the runaround with this company! Don’t waste hour time!

I have worked with this company for years, I really enjoy being a part of this team, management is very supportive and respectful, there have been times when I encountered challenges with clients and some of the documentation, I was always supported and provided instructions and guidance in a respectful manner. The pay is comparable to other agencies and my check is always on time.

Very unprofessional nursing agency. Jessica at the front desk was nothing but rude to my wife everytime she or I would call. Sasha, the manager is no help either. who had just dropped us completely from their care without confirming care with another agency like they said they would. My wife just had an intestinal transplant and needs to have her anti rejection medication levels checked on the weekends. We had them come out every Saturday for blood draws at a specific time. Almost every time was a problem or hassle. I certainly do not recommend this company. This company thought of us as a problem
